I liked the episode, but it's shaping up to the first true Base Breaker of season 2, excluding Luna and Pipsqueak. |

There are some things that seem a little fishy. First of all, RDs motivation to get a pet is more or less only because all of her friends have one. Then she let's them compete against each other in a rather dangeous contest. (If PeTA ever gets a hold on her..) and finally she pretty much "ditches" the real winner of her contest, simply because she changed her mind.
On the other hand: I didn't see a lot of dispute on the Luna episode, everyone I saw seemed to like it but maybe that's just me. |

Honestly I think that Rainbow Dash was a complete douche this episode. She put innocent animals in danger with that race at the end ..... wonder if PETA has representatives in equestria? |

I liked the episode, I won't call it my favourite of the second season - and Dash is my favourite pony - but I think it was pretty damn good. I don't understand why some people appear to really hate it, though.
My favourite episode so far would probably have to be episode 5, Sisterhooves Social. I really enjoyed seeing Rarity and Sweetie interact, and the inclusion of AJ and Applebloom made things all the more enjoyable. |

I didn't like this episode much. It was too predictable, as soon as I saw Fluttershy push that turtle into the contest I knew it would win. The song didn't do much for me, either; it wasn't particularly clever, and I was kind of enjoying the fact that the show had made it through six episodes without anyone breaking into song. I'm not ready to put it in the same basket as Feeling Pinkie Keen or Show Stoppers, but it's the low point of this season so far. |

The songs are incredible. If you don't like them.. just wow.... I don't even know what to say about that. The episode was predictable, but that is what made it so awesome. I knew the turtle was going to do soemthing to earn R.D.'s respect and become her pet. That was why I had a big smile on my face the entire show, waiting for that moment to happen. And when It did.. I smiled... And you didn't like Show Stoppers... Really.. O.o..... This episode was much better than the last episode with AppleBloom. That episode was pretty boring and had to many plot holes.... This was a much better episode. Though, this episode does feel rushed as there was at least 3 mistakes that I noticed during this episode. One animation Error, and 2 sound errors. And I wasn't even looking that hard... |
