Its just a crudely drawn chimney, many chimneys have a slab or bricks that jut out around near the top of them called a "crown". |

So much for the ecumenicalfriends then. Actually, there basically is no Attis/Christ/Osiris figure so far in MLP:FIM. There's an immortal ruling caste though; they sometimes pop round and have tea and play with the foals. Luna could probably swing the banishment/redemption aspect, but is probably stuck in the Adversary role. @#994 Sorry, I don't understand. Who's "you people", and who are "us" in this picture? |

I can't get excited about this even if it is a cross. Cartoons use religious architecture all the time, like parapets/minarets or stained glass. If it was just hanging out by the side of the road, maybe, but it's a building. Also, if it's to scale, Jesus has some tiny arms.
I like the "relics of an ancient past" thing, but then why is Equestria behind in technology (candles, pony-drawn plows, no library organization besides "where Spike put it," etc.)? Mass extinction? Distant planet like Star Trek but with ponies? |
