Eh, I'd go more for a kiloshy. |
| cthulhlu #673995 8 months ago |
oh god! any more cuteness and the reactor will blow!
We need snips/snails slash fiction quickly! actually let it explode, thats not a price im willing to pay |
| CallMeAl #673998 8 months ago |
So how many d'aws equal one Flutterplex? |
| HeinousActsZX #674002 8 months ago |
Cute threads? On Ponibooru?
It's more common than you think. |
| Sandman #674008 8 months ago |
I'm actually surprised that someone hasn't created a standardized unit for measuring cuteness. I mean, we have the kilonazi for evilness, there should be one for adorableness as well.
GET TO IT BRONIES. |
| HeinousActsZX #674015 8 months ago |
Order of the Stick. Nicely done. |
| Jackarunda #674016 8 months ago |
Standardized unit of cuteness is the HNG and follows the metric prefix system
for instance this pic, without the text, has a cuteness of roughly one kiloHNG, or kHNG for short |
| Anonymous #674020 8 months ago |
@CallMeAl: All of them. |
| Jackarunda #674022 8 months ago |
watching baby sit still and do nothing for exactly one second equals a cuteness of one HNG (a video clip of a baby sitting still and doing nothing for one second has 1 HNG of cuteness)
that it the fundamental definition for the unit |
| CallMeAl #674025 8 months ago |
So if a Flutterplex is ALL the d'aws, and you add ANOTHER Flutterplex, which is also ALL the d'aws...
Does that effectively infinitize the cuteness? |
| Rasrap_Smurf #674033 8 months ago |
10^Flutter |
| Mushi #674070 8 months ago |
i like these comments |
| Sandman #674113 8 months ago |
Jackarunda presents a good definition, now we need a list of things that are varying magnitudes of HNG. Much like the many (Orders of Magnitude) <Insert Unit of Measurement> pages on Wikipedia.
What would be a milliHNG, what are some other examples of the HNG? |
| Anonymous #674171 8 months ago |
You have the HNg, the kiloHNG, which is 1000 x HNG, the equivalent of a new born fuzzy animal.
1000 kHNG makes a HNGton. Most cute ponie pictures can reach that. It's enough to make grown man start baby talking at stuff. 1000 HGNtons make a Flutterplex and is enough to elicit feelings from cold blooded killers, raging madmam, genocidal tyrants, sharks, lawyers and even anonymous. |
| IMKitsune #674174 8 months ago |
The proper amount is 1.21 Gigadawws. Would have been a little over one but Rainbow felt the need to make it 20% cooler. |
| ponypikachu #674179 8 months ago |
you must be confusing things, because cuteness only can measure cuteness, you must factor for adorableness as well as softness |
| Anonymous #674182 8 months ago |
This blog for instance reachs flutterplexes often:

^I think d'awws are the Imperial units, thus the messy conversion factor. |
| Sandman #674210 8 months ago |
@Anon171
I think that you've mixed your measurements. 1000 kiloHNG = 1 MegaHNG 1000 MegaHNG = 1 GigaHNG |
| Anonymous #674247 8 months ago |
"Flutterplex" sounds like a move Fluttershy would use in one of her massages. |
| Nebbie #674294 8 months ago |
1 Flutterplex = 10^Flutter D'aws
The number Flutter must then be 10^(UNKNOWN), causing issues. A FlutterD'aw, equal to .1 KiloD'aws, or one CentiD'aw makes much more sense. |
| Nebbie #674301 8 months ago |
^HectoD'aw, not Centi |
| Anonymous #674350 8 months ago |
Metric NEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRDDDSSSS. |
| Anonymous #674796 8 months ago |
This is the greatest thing I've read all week. |

@cthulhlu
Actually,that would make the reactor explode. |
