most likely he made some sort of plea bargain due to a relatively short pool of evidence. he COULD have contested it and rightfully gotten off the hook, but the filly's dad had powerful connections that would put him away no matter what. |

actually they knew DT and SP were lying, when the judge said community service she meant he would be.. servicing the community.
unfortunately this was a breech of the judicial code and the judge was struck off, leaving him with Actual C'service.. |
