The twist of the plot would be that while Twilight treats her fellatio like an exercise routine or a meal, Rarity puts more effort into emphasizing the romantic aspect, with candles, rose petals etc. As a result, Rarity gets better quality (and thus more powerful) cum from Spike, and Twilight can't figure out why; eventually she gets frustrated, assuming Rarity is diluting Spike's potency leaving less for her, and tries to stop Spike from seeing Rarity, which makes them both mad at her. There would even be a moral; at the end Twilight would write a letter to Princess Celestia where she says she learned that if you're in an intimate relationship with someone it's important to show that you care and that you're not just using them for their body. Since we're discussing this, how about bringing Sweetie Belle into the mix.
