Well as Applejack said in Cutie Mark Chronicles, her cutie mark represents running Sweet Apple Acres.
So if Davenport's family owned the shop before him, his special talent would be running Quills & Sofas. |

He tried selling just sofas, and he tried selling just quills, but neither of those worked very well. He's only good at selling both of them together. |
