If Derpy's going to be the Doctor's companion, we might as well go whole-hog here.
"Little Derpy" is just Derpy when she was a foal. She and the Doctor actually met something like 15 years in the future, when she was a grown mare. She then went back in time with him so that they could watch over her past self. Things being what they were and natural attraction being what it is, she then gave birth to Sparkler and Dinky, effectively allowing them to grow up beside their own mother. Sparkler's probably covering for Derpy's mail route, while Dinky's about to use her child-prodigy smarts to save her parents. |
