He's asking how long she's been studying but this is completely second hand information I was the Latin major my brother took French. |

Ah, I remember my French classes well. They were often fun, but when you only have two a week in conjunction with all your other lessons, they get a bit lost. I don't know how I passed though; my teacher was born and grew up in Birmingham. =/ |

It makes sense that with his amount of sailing experience that he'd have picked up plenty of other languages. |
