Scootaloo can fly for short bursts--we saw her do it in "Show Stoppers" when she jumped over a branch while riding her scooter. Apparently she just hasn't built up the wing-strength and endurance needed for continuous flight yet. |

There was another part in this episode where she hovered for a second... I think it was near the beginning when the three are talking. |
