The only evidence that these may be her parents is that this painting is in her home.

If those were actually her parents, I'd be vastly disappointed. Nothing about them resemble the Apple Family in anyway. In fact they aren't even unique in design at all. Now stop being stupid, it's just a reference to a painting, yeeesh. |

It could be their parents, or their grand parents, or their great-great-whoknowshow-great-grandparents. An old-fashioned farm family like the Apples probably has a ton of pictures of their ancestors hanging on their walls. |

@Fuzzy_Logic, It is true that the original painting is in fact a farmer and his daughter, however the copy is of ponies. So it is quite possible that it is a married couple and it might be there in memory of AJ, AB, and BM's parents. |
