Considering her fandom personality, the possibility of Berry Punch being pregnant as a teen sounds quite plausible. That could explain how both her sister and daughter have the same age. I don't think that Berry Pinch minds though. |

My oldest uncle went to high school with one of his youngest aunts, so its possible as odd as it sounds. Berry may come from a large family and she's one of the older siblings. |

@anon 283 As NightJack said, it's an event meant to celebrate sisterhood and sisterly bonding. I guess one can have someone else stand in on special circumstances, like with Sweetie Belle and Applejack, but I would guess that one is supposed to compete with their sister if possible. |

I actually have an aunt who's YOUNGER than me, so not really far-fetched.
I call her auntie dearest because it makes her feel old. |
