Anon 3, the suit is the only thing keeping everything around her alive. It repairs itself using all the junk she picks up and anytime it sustains damage it leaks the pink cloud floating about inside her. A manticore tried to eat her, she wakes up inside a skeleton fused to the doorway it broke through. |

To be fair, she's NOT a Canterlot ghoul, and the suit is literally part of her.
She's a being made up of a necromantic talisman bonded to the original Puppysmiles' heart, inside a hazmat suit filled with pink fog. It's not that her suit keeps her alive; it's just part of the whole. |
