In my headcanon Cloud Kicker is part of a Big Sister Program because both Celestia and Luna were too busy to attend. Or something like that. 'tis true, it really is in one of my headcanons. One of my Tertiary ones as of now to be exact. It's a crazy idea that just might be great, but it's just too implausible to file under my Primary or Secondary. |
