ok not ALL real life ponies/horses have one-side-parted manes, but usually they do, and I don't think there are many (if any) ponies that have hair that clearly goes on both sides of the head in the back. Colgate might, I don't remember. |

always thought it was odd how the mane always slants to the side away from the camera... and as such almost all ponies lose their peripheral vision on that side |

I think their manes do fall on both sides, but only one side is shown for artistic simplicity. |
