The accent rarity has is technically "fake" to begin with. It's not really a developed accent, it's the result of living with lots each of two different kinds of people in one place IIRC. Mid-atlantic. Kind of a mix of how you're taught to speak and how people around you speak, I guess.
Regardless of having wacky suburbanite texas-wisconsin accented parents, she could still naturally learn the accent she has. She also may have gone to a boarding school or something. Besides, Sweetie Belle doesnt have it and nobody wonders! |

To put a finer point on the matter of Rarity's voice, she speaks in a particular Dialect, specifically proper English... it isn't faked, but it is learned. |
