No, Berryshine is the blind bag unicorn who resembles Berry Punch and Rarity.
And who says Pinchy can't also be Berry's sister? Sure, I'd like Fanon to not be debunked but I have to point it out. Also, Why is Berry in the race and crowd at the same time? Maybe she has a twin sister or the one in the race was her Pegasus counterpart, Juicy Fruit. And yes, I know they're background ponies. |

Berry Punch got drunk and borrowed the Tardis to watch herself compete, obviously. Doctor Whooves has to put up with a lot of background ponies almost crossing their own time streams. |
