Time for some new headcanon!
Maybe Discord impregnated some ponies before he turned to stone, and so did Celestia. Eventually the descendants of Celestia with a lot of her special genes became the mane six, and two of them, Rarity an AppleJack, also had a lot from Discord. The result is that the CMC actually freed Discord with inherited discord magic, which they've been using unintentionally all along. Rarity and AJ have more control over their chaos magic from being older and closer ties with the other mane six. Scootaloo could be the most chaotic of the CMC, but hav more control. |

Celestia doesn't have a heart to put others in a true "And I must Scream" and so lets them have some control as spirts this is how the stories of Nightmare Moon being an evil spirit came to be (she couldn't eat foals of course) |

I could go into extensive detail on how many maddening levels of wrong you are, but I really, REALLY don't feel like it right now. Just going to point out that Chaos in 40k is named in relation of the nature of the Warp, not the actions of the idiots whom worship it. Also, Discord and Tzeentch at a tea party. |
