And just to further kill his fun, "sudo rm -f /" erases your hard drives, all of them. |

In fact, I'm going to step in and say NEVER enter a linux command if it starts with "sudo" if you aren't absolutely sure you know what you're doing. |

Actually "sudo rm -f /" won't do much unless you have files (not just directories) in /, "sudo rm -rf /" on the other hand ... |
