That's not really how you keep koi. Well, tell a lie, you can keep them that, providing that you've got them in fresh water. They're best viewed from above in a pond where you can see all their beautiful markings. That's quite a biggie you've got there, too; it'll need more space if you want to keep it happy and healthy. |

I've had 99 cent feeder goldfish live 10 years in a backyard pond setting. People just tend not to take good care of cheap things. |
