Requires more practice.
I suggest you closely reference a pony of the correct gender while you are making it. You can get creative after you get something that does not anatomically differ too much from the reference. First you just need to get a good idea of how they're shaped though. |

I wasn't going for cruel. It looks quick. I accomplished something like that with a ten second scribble on a notepad and I don't usually draw anything. |
