Apparently, the shrimp's name is Urien from Street Fighter III. The only thing is that someone drew him in "kawaii" form. |

Actually, the character's name is really someone named "Nowo", who apparently is one of Grumpford's Rule 63 fan-characters. "He's an elf boy who's passive and effeminate to the point of having a literal panty-waist. He's dressed as Urien from Street Fighter, the irony being that Urien is an elitist, body-building thug who only talks about killing and destroying stuff, but since it gives Nowo the excuse to wear a skimpy little number, he (and Grumpford) are all over the idea." Basically it was a stab at female fan service characters and when people do weird shit like draw Optimus Prime as a loli or whatever. Hopefully this will make some sense to you now. |
