Sweetie Belle herself couldn't've made a better one. I love the little details like the inner lining and prominent stitches.

Ah, now that's interesting. There was a cosplayer pic on here earlier and she had to use needlework because the bikini top couldn't take an iron-on print. I wasn't sure what material the cape or backing was made of. What were you thinking of doing next? (Actually, massive love if you do Sweetie's other costume; the one with the five legs. :D) |

@Deeper:
The whole cape is silk, including the blue patch which is sewn on. the 'stitches' are embroidered work. The silk took the transfer very well, but it changed the color so I had to paint over it. I'm actually dressing up as Applebloom to go with this cape X3 but it also might be fun to do a Sweetie and Scoots cosplay too. |
