@ Anon¹: People are going to have their own opinions of what is and isn't 'foalcon'—from just the not-very-suggestive depiction of fillies, to outright sex scenes with them—and considering the term is derived from 'lolicon' (which is used to describe a sexual attraction to underage girls), you can't say that any one standardized definition is right or wrong.
To me, this is just Sweetie trying on some more adult clothing (namely, the thong and the collar), but there's nothing that would warrant calling it 'foalcon'. Sweetie Belle definitely looks good in the ensemble, I'll admit, but I am not sexually aroused by the picture in any way, shape or form. |

That said, the 'foalcon' filter WILL keep people who find this image inherently sexual and offensive - being the rough equivalent of a blushing ten year old in fishnets, thong, and collar - from stumbling across it. Probably worth leaving. |
