No, because he not only has no relation with the harassers, but he also keeps his art under explicit or on personal sites. He also has never stated that his intention was sexual harassment. The intent of the art was to either challenge the sanity of those willing to view it or to be arousing. NOT to be used for a crime. Also, for the gun example, a gun is made to hurt somebody. This picture is not. Guns don't hurt people, people hurt people and, in this case, the harasser is hurting Faust. NOT the artist.
