I'm more perplexed that Transformers has such a big amount, since its a boy driven franchise and fanfic writers are probably about 90% girls. |

Ugh I agree. I've never see any fandom use Google Docs as a place to upload fanfic. I hate that when I have to use GoogleDocs, a bunch of pony fanfics pops up on my homepage. EqD is a good place to find new fanfic, but it's harder to sift through older fics since their tagging system isn't comprehensive enough (too difficult to look for specific pairings and that kind of thing).
Hell, even DeviantArt is preferable to GoogleDocs. I'm not a fan of FFNet (wasn't that shit popular in 1999), but it's still better than GoogleDocs. And there are definitely some good pony fics up there that haven't been uploaded to googledocs. Imo the golden standard is LJ for its tagging and commenting system as well for its active fandoms, but I don't think we'll be seeing an MLP kinkmeme in the near future (unless it already exists? if so, PM me! lolol j/k, DNW clopfics). Actually, why don't people just use ponyfictionarchive.net? That seems like it would be the best place to search for fics. |

@anon857 I don't know too much about TF fandom, but I have female friends who are into TF fandom who have linked me to comms which have led me to suspect that there must be a sizable amount of female fans who are writing TF fanfic. thank you ladies for educating me about the finer points of Transformers sex (sparks, liquids, and plug&play? you people are geniuses tbh) |

And I'm suprised no one has mentioned Fimfiction. Say what you will about it, but... I'm still surprised no one brought it up XD and it's funny because as i was leaving the library this morning, I saw this girl reading a Transformers fanfic on that site lol gladly it was just a comedy and nothing like mooch mentioned |
