Tootsie overheard Lyrica calling her a "disappointment" and so she ran off. She probably got lost and had to ask Caramel to take her home. I'm going to guess that she ended up telling Lyra and Bonbon the whole story the whole story afterwards and an angry Lyra sent the costume to her mom with the attached note in the last panel. |

Actually, this is six years after that event. She gave the costume and candy to her grandmother with the note. |
