Technically, regarding the anatomy. That could be a human vulva (in blueish colours) since we're just seeing the slit. And the taint+anus is sorta absent.
Or unless you counted "anatomy correctness" as "just having genitals". Then in that case: yes. |

Regarding rating: From what I've understood: questionable = nudity, minor gore and questionable jokes. explicit = porn, major gore and the like. (also, in some very few cases, nudity can be "safe". Cartoonlion has a good example of those, barely visible slits/sheaths just there for the sake of anatomy.) |

I'd put nudity as minimum Questionable 100% of the time, personally.
I mean, yes, it's obviously always there on real horses, but it's not something you want a passer-by to show up on the front page and see first thing. |
