     bloodslave. Anything.
(AU, Yuu is forced into bloodslavery and Mika is his master. Mika is
     still a vampire.)

     Hello,
I'm Prince Micah (*frowns at Mika for stealing my name*). You can

***** Bloodslave *****
Those damn vampires had drugged him. Yuu was certain of that.
He exhaled deeply to try to clear his foggy mind, but it didn’t
help. His brain refused to work and he was too lethargic to even bother to
move. It was a cheap move, honestly, Yuu thought the vampires would fight
fairly at least. But this was expected from those conniving vampires.
So with his mind nothing more than mush, Yuu sat in the bathtub staring
absentmindedly at the water that almost appeared to be an eerie green color.
Wasn’t water supposed to be blue? That was the only question on Yuu’s mind as a
female vampire rinsed soapy bubbles from his raven hair.  He’d never
experienced such humiliation in his life and tried to distract himself as he
felt the vampire gently rub the skin behind his ear. It was a comforting
gesture, but he knew she wasn’t doing it out of affection. She was just being
thorough.
“Almost perfect,” she murmured to herself, sniffing the teen’s
dripping hair. “Ah,cucumbers.”
She picked up the rag for the third time and began to scrub down
the teen’s already raw skin. At first, Yuu had been embarrassed about someone
seeing him naked (vampire or not), but he couldn’t twist away. He wasn’t strong
enough to break from her grasp, so he was forced to accept it.
The vampire edged closer to the area between his legs and Yuu
instinctively twisted away. She dug her nails into his arm, “Tsk, tsk, tsk,
your master won’t be pleased if you look like filth. Be a good little
bloodslave and let me wash you.”
His body grew rigid as the female vampire washed the area and Yuu
felt blood rush up into his cheeks for the third time that day. He had to
remind himself that she had already touched that area twice before, it wasn’t
anything new to be embarrassed about now.
When Yuu was deemed ‘clean’, she escorted him to another room where
she dried and dressed him. As she did this, the vampire made comments about how
his ‘master’ would be thrilled with her work.
“You should be thankful, your master is so powerful. You’ll live a
lavish life. It’s truly not fair that a feeder will live like a prince.” She
continued, tying a silk ribbon on his neck. “No… not fair at all.”
She ruffled Yuu’s hair a bit and gave him a sweet smile before
going to grab something from a drawer. Yuu stared at his reflection in the
pristine mirror in front of him and grimaced: he looked like a fucking
Victorian prostitute. With ridiculous frills and ruffles on every seam and
shorts that hovered his knees, his own reflection repulsed him.
If he had the energy, he would’ve killed himself.
But being a feeder was practically a death sentence itself. You
were nothing more but a slave, a toy, to those filthy vampires. Although they
despised humans, it had recently become popular to own your own human as a pet.
They would dress them up, bring them to parties to show off, and use them for
entertainment. The perfect pet.
The best part… they were also your private blood bank.
“Don’t fidget, my sweet little bloodwhore.” The vampire sung to
herself. “Don’t ruin my work, I’ll be there in a moment.”
Feeder, bloodslave, bloodwhore…Yuu could hardly stand it. He wanted
to turn every last vampire to ash, he was going to make them regret everything
they’ve done. How dare they treat him like a fucking doll? Like he wasn’t
human, they weren’t even human! Just the word ‘feeder’ could send Yuu into a
frenzy. But he knew better than to try to escape in such a weak state.
Only the highest ranked vampires could even have feeders and only
the humans with the rarest of blood could be feeders… Yuu just so happened to
fall into that category, and unfortunately, he had been selected to become
someone’s private feeder.
“There it is,” the vampire said returning with a cross necklace.
She placed it around Yuu’s neck and stepped back to admire it. “Perfect! Not
too bad if I do say so myself.”
The teenager gave her a deadpan look.
She hustled Yuu into another room where he was forced to sit in a
cold, metallic chair. The room was entirely white and empty, and the emptiness
drove Yuu mad. But he sat down and remained silent, unsure what to expect now.
Running away in such unfamiliar territory was risky, but he wasn’t willing to
sit here and wait for death. He’d been held captive for God knows how long, and
now that he had the opportunity to leave, he was just going to waste it?
He’d forgotten when the last time he’d seen sunlight was. He had
barely been twelve when the vampires had taken over, and he’d just turned
sixteen when they decided his blood was rare enough for him to be considered a
feeder. A bloodslave.
Since that day, they’d kept him chained in a dark dungeon with
other children who they claimed had ‘rare blood’. In the dungeon, no one was
able to speak, no one could move without chains weighing you down. Rations were
fought over and difficult to get in the first place. Yuu had come up with a
theory: they kept them locked up in the darkness for months to make them want
to be feeders. After being chained up in pitch black for an endless period of
time, living with a royal vampire sounded like heaven.
Except for Yuu, to him, it sounded like living in hell. He refused
to accept this.
So he stood up, determined to escape while he still had the chance.
Due to the limited mobility he’d experienced recently and being drugged, Yuu
struggled to remain standing. His steps were sluggish and heavy, exhaustion
hitting him with every movement.
What did they do to me? He thought bitterly to himself as he slowly edged
closer to the door. With his luck, the door would be locked or maybe there
would be a guard standing outside. Nevertheless, he took the chance anyways and
carefully twisted the doorknob.
Yuu wasn’t sure what he expected, but he surely didn’t expect the
door to swing towards him and smack him in the face, sending him tumbling
backwards. His legs were weak, so he didn’t even stand a chance against the
door. The sudden fall left him dizzy and he could see stars flying around his
vision.
“Ugh…” he groaned, holding his head lightly. He felt sick, he just
wanted to lie down forever.
“Oh, what’s this?” he heard a light, yet imposing voice say. The
light clicking of heels followed the voice. “Is this him? Awfully scrawny… are
you sure he isn’t ill?”
“Why no, your highness! His health is impeccable and he’s just so
obedient—you’ll love him for sure.”
Yuu recognized the second voice; it was the vampire who’d prepped
him. He couldn’t fight his curiosity any longer and finally looked up at the
source of the voices. Hovering above him was the first female vampire who he
had already gotten to know a little too personally. But the second female, was
someone he’d never seen before.
With her long pink hair in pigtails and ruffled, almost tu-tu
looking, black dress, Yuu wasn’t sure if she was a tall toddler or an adult
vampire who still dressed up as a toddler.
They made eye contact for a second and she smirked. “He’s not for
me, no, I have too many… He’s for Mika. It’s time he had his own personal
feeder to accompany him on missions.”
The other female vampire nodded, “Your majesty, I assure you, Mika
will adore him~ Just look at the gleam in his eyes, he’s just dying from
excitement to meet his master.”
Yuu had mastered the deadpan look by now.
The pink haired one inhaled sharply and said, “Alright, I’ll take
him.” She gave me a dark smile. “This should be… interesting.”
At that note, the pink haired vampire spun around and left Yuu and
the other vampire alone. Yuu stared with his eyes wide as he wondered what
would be his fate. His mind was still in a fog and his movement was still slow,
so attempting to escape right now would be futile. He would have to go with her
after all. He would have to meet his ‘master’…
He would have to be a bloodslave.

Yuu’s mind awoke before his body did.
He wasn’t sure how long he’d been asleep, but his body felt
sluggish despite the fact his head was very much alert. His mind was prying at
him, telling him to wake up, but all he wanted to do was nestle closer to the
soft sheets that smelled like lavender.
That was enough to jolt Yuu into consciousness.
Yuu sat up abruptly, gasping in confusion as he took in his
surroundings. He was on a bed with a deep burgundy comforter and a plethora of
pillows scattered around him. He touched one cautiously and his hand sunk in,
almost like it was a tangible cloud…
He jerked his hand back immediately.
Nothing made sense to Yuu; one moment he was getting dressed by
that female vampire… the next, he was in what appeared to be a bedroom. The
room itself was magnificent and very spacious with a large bed, three mahogany
bookshelves on one side of the room, various expensive looking pieces of
furniture and paintings, and a vanity table which reflected a confused Yuu in
the mirror. There was also a short hallway that led to God knows where, and Yuu
began to wonder how large this room actually was. But what really impressed Yuu
was the crystal chandelier that glistened from the high ceiling. The ceiling
was so far up from Yuu, he wondered if a giant lived here.
Stay focused!Yuu scolded himself. This was no time to be thinking
of mythical creatures when danger could be lurking at any corner. But his brain
was a jumble of confusion, what was he doing in a mysterious bedroom alone?
Something wasn’t right.
He tentatively stepped off the bed, but it was taller than he
anticipated and had to feel around for the ground. The sole of his feet finally
met a patch of soft fur –carpet- and he hopped off. Yuu’s legs felt tingly
which told him he’d been asleep for quite some time, maybe even days. He didn’t
feel hungry nor thirsty, but his body felt so tired.
When he passed his reflection in the vanity, he jumped back. He’d
forgotten he still looked like a Victorian prostitute and tugged at the ruffled
sleeve in disgust. If his hair was any longer, he could easily be mistaken as a
girl from the way he was dressed.
“Kill me,” he said through his teeth. “This can’t be real.” But it
was and Yuu knew it.
He continued down the short, narrow hallway and saw it led to three
doors: One on his right, one on his left, and one straight ahead. The door that
was straight ahead was bigger and had several locks on it, which made it clear
it was the door that led out of the room. Yuu was in no position to explore the
other doors, he just wanted to leave this place as soon as possible.
He hadn’t expected the front door to be unlocked, but it seemed
that recently doors were on his side. It opened up to an even bigger hallway
with marble floors and walls that had exquisite designs engraved on them. The
hallway was wide and bright, and the ceiling was made of glass in an almost
dome shape. Warm sunlight filtered through, stinging Yuu’s sensitive eyes.
This had to be a dream. If a hallway looked this exquisite, Yuu
could only imagine how the rest of this building looked like! And he could find
out while he escaped… all he had to do was leave the room.
But for some reason, Yuu felt conflicted about leaving. Everything
just seemed so damn easy. How convenient was it that he was alone and unguarded
in a room with an opened front door. It was like the vampires were just
stuffing freedom down his throat! His more reasonable side told him to close
the door and return to the room and wait it out. But his irrational, sixteen
year old mind told him to run-- run while he still had legs. Who knew when he’d
get another opportunity like this?
At least if Yuu was killed, he died trying. He wasn’t going to
waste this opportunity.
And so he took off running, his glossy black shoes making a soft
clack against the marble floor with each step. He was breathing hard, not out
of exhaustion, but out of fear. The walls flew across his vision, looking like
blurs of colors and shapes. Run, don’t think, just run!Yuu chanted in his mind
as he ran down the almost never ending hallway. He glanced up at the glass
ceiling and noted how it almost felt like the doors to heaven. Yuu wasn’t
religious or anything, but looking at the colors in the sky almost made him
think only a God could make something so beautiful.
            So beautiful…
Yuu frowned suddenly and began to slow down. This all seemed so
familiar to him, the walls, the glass ceiling, the glorious sky. He’d seen this
all before. But that was impossible! He’d never been here before, he’d never—
Yuu ran down the hallway, gasping heavily as he saw a turn coming
up. He was almost out! There were roses sculpted onto the walls. Roses and
angels witnessing the sins.
Just then, the designs on the walls changed to roses and angels.
There was a right turn hastily approaching as well.
Suddenly, Yuu got an awful feeling in the pit of his stomach, the
kind you got when you realized you forgot something very important. Everything
was like déjà vu, and he knew the moment he reached the turn, something awful
would happen.
He tried to stop running, but it was too late. His legs began to
tingle and in a matter of seconds, he was tumbling to the hard, marble ground.
Yuu couldn’t move, he was completely paralyzed.
Yuu’s breathing was frantic as his eyes darted from every angle,
his body sprawled on the cold floor. He remembered this too, falling and being
unable to move. Although his memory was spotty, if he was right, any moment now
he’d hear the sound of—
            Click, click
            Footsteps.
It was too late now. He couldn’t recall who was coming, or why he
had memories of these exact events occurring, but all he knew was that whoever
was approaching was a threat. The footsteps came closer and halted right next
to his ear. Yuu tried to look up, but only saw his black hair blocking his
vision.
The figure didn’t say anything, but just stood beside Yuu’s
paralyzed body. The deathly silence frightened Yuu more than anything.
“Third times the charm, I suppose?” a steady voice said, that
managed to sound nonchalant but imposing. “Perhaps I should start charging you
for damaging my merchandise.”
Yuu tried to make a sound, but his mouth refused to form words.
“No need to try communicating, all attempts will be futile.”
The voice was unnerving, it was so controlled and lacked any
emotion to give away the identity of the stranger. But Yuu was positive he was
a vampire.
Suddenly, the ground vanished from Yuu’s sight and he found himself
staring up at the glass ceiling. It took a moment for him to realize he was
being carried bridal style by this vampire. Yuu’s head lolled to the crook of
the vampire’s neck and wispy strands of blond hair danced against his cheeks.
He smelled very clean, like freshly washed laundry…
“You may notice some of your senses have become heightened. That’s
just the medication taking its course. Don’t mind it.” The vampire said.
Medication!? What was he talking about? All Yuu wanted to do was
get as far away from him as possible, but that didn’t seem like an option when
he realized they had returned to the bedroom he had just escaped from.
“You’re probably frazzled,” the voice continued. “You’re certain
you recall all this happening, but can’t remember how. Am I right?” Yuu
obviously didn’t (couldn’t) answer, but he took his silence as a yes. “I wanted
to see how likely you were to run away if given the opportunity. So for three
days, I’ve sedated you and allowed you to wake up alone, without anything
blocking your path to freedom. The first day you ran off, but soon enough the
paralysis kicked in. I tried again the second day, but once again, you tried to
escape. So I wanted to give you one last chance, and sure enough today… you
attempted to escape again.”
I’ve been here for three days!?Yuu’s mind was in a frenzy. To think
he’d tried escaping the same way three times already, only to end up paralyzed
at the same exact spot!
The vampire opened a door. “Now you’re probably wondering ‘why go
through all the trouble’? The answer is simple: I needed to see if you were an
unruly bloodslave –which you are. This isn’t disappointing, just a minor
setback and an irritation. You’rean irritation.”
Yuu’s calves touched the icy, tiled floors as the vampire lowered
him. Although still unable to move, he was sitting upright and had a good view
of the new location: it was a bathroom. Beside him was a porcelain toilet,
adjacent to a sink. Several feet away there was a bathtub that was large enough
to be considered a jacuzzi.
Suddenly, Yuu felt something tighten around his neck. Instincts
told him to block it with his hands, but his arms refused to move. He heard the
loud rustle of shackles and knew immediately he had been chained by the neck to
something.
“In the next few minutes, you’ll lose complete consciousness, so
I’ll keep this brief: You are my slave.”
Yuu found it hard to process his words.
“I have no interest in parading you around like a prized possession
because you are nothing more than sustenance for me. You will be obedient, you
will remain silent, and once your purpose is fulfilled, you will be disposed of
and replaced.”
The teenager’s head was spinning and his vision began to blur.
“We can’t have none of that,” the vampire chastised, jerking Yuu’s
chin. “You will stay awake until I am finished. Because you have shown me
already that you’re willing to escape if given the opportunity, this will be
your new dwelling until you’re tamed. I am not the type of master who enjoys
having their bloodslave behave in a rebellious manner. If you act properly, I
will treat you well. If you are disobedient or attempt to escape, you will be
punished. You don’t want to play games with me—I will win.”
Disobedient? Escape? Punished!?Each word sent Yuu into further
disbelief. He couldn’t really be a slave… right? But this voice, this vampire,
was calling him his master like he was some… some dog!
“You will not attempt to escape,”
            Yuu’s ears were ringing.
            “There will be no resistance,”
He felt his body begin to sway.
“I am your master, you are my slave.”
The voice became softer in Yuu’s ears.
            “Welcome home, Yuuichirou.”
                        _______________________________

Yuu woke up the next morning lethargic and confused. He couldn’t recall the
events of the previous day… or the two days prior to that. The moment he
attempted to stand up, he found himself stumbling because he was being weighed
down by a metal chain. His hands went straight to his neck and he gasped when
he realized his neck was being restrained by a locked, metallic collar.
He slumped down on the floor in confusion and panic as he tried to recall what
had happened. It only took thirty minutes to remember what occurred yesterday,
but it took Yuu the whole day to realize this wasn’t a dream
                        _______________________________

The bathroom Yuu resided in had 326 tiles—well, that’s all Yuu could make out
from his angle. But he was sure there were many more considering the size of
the room. The vampire hadn’t returned in three days, and Yuu found himself
wondering if he’d just imagined the whole exchange. His legs cramped often
because of the lack of mobility. Yuu was able to stand up and use the toilet,
which was only a few inches away from him, but other than using the toilet,
everything else was too far for him. The next closest thing to him was the
sink.
Yuu hadn’t been hungry the first day, but now his stomach was twisting in pain.
His lips were cracked and his throat sore, leaving his voice raspy. At that
moment, he’d do anything for a glass of water to quench his thirst. He felt
himself weakening by the second, so to occupy his mind, Yuu tried to plot his
escape.
From what clues he had gathered, he had come to these conclusions:
   1. This location was huge. The vampire had to be very powerful, or have some
      powerful connections.
   2. The vampire had no intent on keeping him for long, and would eventually
      kill Yuu.
   3. The vampire was named Mika.
Yuu wasn’t a hundred percent positive about the last one, but the female
vampire had mentioned that Yuu was ‘for Mika’.  Besides, giving a name to the
vampire made him seem a little less… threatening. He didn’t even have a face
for him, which only made him more menacing. Regardless, Yuu was determined to
escape, he was going to make them all regret treating him like property.
But being chained up in a bathroom wasn’t the most uplifting conditions.
“How do I get out of here..?” Yuu muttered to himself. Deep down, he knew the
answer: the only way to get out of this was through patience. As much as he
hated sitting around and doing nothing, with matters looking so bleak, it was
his best bet to wait things out. Just until he could come up with a decent
plan.
He’d lost track of time, so his sleeping schedule was all over the place. But
Yuu fell asleep for what felt like only mere moments only to wake up to a
surprise: a dish of water placed beside his head. Yuu glared at it for a few
minutes before sniffing the water. It didn’t smell poisonous… but what did he
have to lose? He brought it to his lips and drank it greedily, the cold water
making him more alert by the drop. There wasn’t nearly enough, and Yuu found
himself licking his dry lips for more.
And more he would receive. For the next two days (according to Yuu’s screwed up
sleep schedule), whenever he awoke, he awoke to the dog dish being filled to
the brim with ice cold water. On the third day, he awoke to a second dish, this
one with five saltine crackers.
Yuu nibbled on one tentatively and grimaced in distaste; technically he
should be devouring the pitiful crackers, but all he felt was suspicion.
“Water and food…” Yuu murmured, analyzing the two dishes before him. “Is he
rewarding me for my good behavior? Is this his sick way of conditioning me?”
It made sense in Yuu’s mind; Mika was rewarding him for being obedient and not
starting trouble. The vampire probably thought Yuu would become compliant and
lose the desire to escape if given basic necessities. If he continued to behave
like this, eventually he’d have to reward him in greater ways. Maybe even with
some liberties.  But that could take forever and Yuu wasn’t about to be his
fucking slave for freedom. That was going to be his last resort. However, he
had another idea brewing in his mind.
If you act properly, I will treat you well. If you are disobedient or attempt
to escape, you will be punished.
Maybe punishment was Yuu’s way out.
