                        Chapter 008


Saturday morning I woke up and sat up in my crib. I yawned and 
stretched. Teala was awake. Tammy came in to change our 
diapers. "Hey baby" she said as she gave me a hug and helped 
me out of my crib after she had changed me. She then changed 
Teala and we went to the kitchen and had breakfast. Later that 
afternoon Tammy and Teala and I went to the park. It was so 
much fun having Tammy home for the weekend. After we got home 
from the park Tammy went to go visit Kimmie. 


I went over to Emily's house to hang out with her. Laura was 
at home with her mom and dad and her little brother. Emily and 
I watched the tape of last night's concert. "It really did 
turn out well." Emily said as she ejected the tape. "Yeah, it 
was totally awesome." "I can't believe your sister came home 
for the weekend to see the concert, I bet you were totally 
surprised." "Yeah I was. But hey, I was even more surprised to 
see Laura's dad and little brother Joey. I wonder if they 
might get back together or something. He hasn't visited one 
time since they got divorced. Until now that is." I said.


"I don't know, you could be right."  Emily said. After a while 
mom came to get me. I was surprised to see Tammy home from 
Kimmie's so early. "Hey Tam Tam." I said as I sat in her lap. 
"Hey baby, did you have fun playing at Emily's house?" "Yeah. 
How's Kimmie?" I asked. "Well, she's fine, but we aren't 
together anymore." Tammy said. "Oh, I'm sorry. What happened?" 
"Well being away at college has put distance between us, and, 
well there's this boy I like at college." Tammy said while 
smiling. "Oh really?" I said teasingly. "Yes, and I think he 
likes me too. We went on a couple of dates." She said. "Well I 
thought you liked girls?" "I still kind of do, but things have 
changed though. I really felt lately that God has other plans 
for me then to be with Kimmie." Tammy said. "OH ok, well I'm 
glad that you chose to go with what God has for you. You wont 
regret it." I said as I hugged her. "Thanks Tiff." She said as 
she kissed my cheek. I just sat in her lap as she held me.


After a while I got sleepy. Teala changed my soggy diaper and 
then her and Tammy tucked me in and read to me and said 
prayers with me. Mom and dad came in a few minutes later and 
kissed me goodnight. I held Mr. Fluffy and sucked on my 
pacifier and fell asleep.


The next morning I woke up got dressed and our whole family 
went to church. After church Tammy's friends stopped by the 
house for a while before they had to drive back to school. I 
was sad when Tammy had to leave. I held onto her and cried. 
Finally I let go of her and her and her friends got in the car 
and left. "Your sister is so cute. I wish my little sister was 
as nice and cute as yours." One girl said right as they closed 
the car door and left. Teala knew I was sad so she and I took 
a nap together and cuddled with our stuffed animals around us. 
I woke up around four. Mommy told me that Laura had called on 
the phone while I was sleeping and that she wanted me to come 
over for dinner with her family. So mommy gave me a bath early 
and dressed me and drove me to her house.


I rang the bell and Laura met me at the door. "HI Tiffy." She 
said as she gave me a hug. She seemed overly cheerful for some 
reason. Dinner was still being made. I gave Ralph a hug and he 
asked how I was doing and stuff. We didn't get as much time to 
talk last night after the concert. Joey and Laura and I went 
to Laura's room to play until dinner was ready.


While we were playing Laura made a messy in her diaper. We 
kicked Joey out of the room so I could change her since her 
mommy was busy finishing dinner and we didn't want to bother 
her because we were both hungry! I wiped her messy hiney and 
then powdered her and re-diapered her. "There you go. No more 
poopie pants." I said teasingly as I tickled her ribs. She was 
giggling and then I helped her put her pants back on and then 
I washed my hands and we went out to the living room and sat 
on the couch. Laura told her mommy that I changed her diaper. 
"Was she wettie or messy?" Laura's mom asked me. "She had a big
load in her didee." I replied. Laura was blushing. "Well that
was nice of you Tiffany honey." She said. I grinned at Laura.


Finally, dinner was ready. We all sat down. "Well before we 
eat, I have some wonderful news to share." Ralph said. "That's 
right." Laura's mommy said. They were both smiling. Laura was 
grinning too! I already knew what they were going to say. "We 
are going to get remarried." Laura's mommy said. "Yep, Joey 
and I are moving back here from Arizona next weekend." Ralph 
said. "Wow that is so cool! Congratulations." I said as I got 
up from my chair and gave them both hugs. We sat down and said 
grace and then ate. It was a good dinner too. After dinner 
Laura and I did the dishes for her mom. After that I had to go 
home. Laura's mom and Laura and I got in the car and went to 
my house. "I'm really glad your family is getting back 
together Laura. That is so awesome. I'm happy for you." I said 
as we pulled into my driveway. "Thanks Tiff. I'm glad too."


When I got in the house I told mom and dad the great news 
about Laura's mommy and daddy. Teala changed my diaper and 
then I went to bed. Mommy breast fed me and said prayers with 
me. Daddy came in and said goodnight as well. Aunt Kathy also 
came in and kissed me goodnight. "Night-night baby." She 
whispered. She then left my room. I rolled over onto my back 
and put my thumb in my mouth and held Mr. Fluffy with the 
other arm. I then soaked my diaper with peepee. I laid there 
thinking for a while and then fell asleep.


As days went by, things continued to change. Laura's daddy and 
brother had moved in. The wedding was set for the third week in 
December. Teala had gotten a job offer in Tampa. She had 
gotten her certification in broadcasting. She wanted to work 
at a radio station in the offices. She would be dealing with 
things like financial payments for royalties for songs, 
management of contests, to commercial scheduling, etc. She 
would be working under the current manager of the station who 
was to retire in July of the next year. She interviewed very 
well for the job and was surprised to get it. Usually they 
wanted people with more experience, but Teala's people skills 
and office skills were very good and she was aquick learner.


But of course, taking this job meant that she would have to 
move out of the house because it would be a 2 and a half hour 
drive from where we lived. During this time I was very upset. 
Now all my sisters and cousin were gone. Even Aunt Kathy was 
seeing someone, and had saved up enough money over the past 
couple years to get a place of her own. Mom and dad said she 
was welcome to stay. She decided to stay through the holidays 
and then find a place early in the new year. All this 
transitional stuff had me upset. My grades were slipping in 
school and I became distant and with drawn.


The day that Teala left I locked the door to my room and laid 
on the bed and just cried for most of the afternoon. I didn't 
eat any dinner that night, and I didn't even let mommy change 
me or give me a bath. I just did it myself and went to bed 
early. Mommy came in and stood by my crib. "Honey, I know that 
things have been changing fast for you the past few weeks. You 
know your daddy and I and your sisters and Aunt Kathy, and Amy 
love you very much." "Yeah I know but none of them are here 
anymore and Aunt Kathy is going to leave after Christmas." I 
said while sobbing. "I know honey, But you have to understand 
life goes on, people change. Even you have changed a lot the 
past year and a half." Mom said.


"I don't care anymore." I said while crying. "I know honey, but
even though they are away, they all still love you." Mommy said.
"I just wish things were like they used to be." I said. I couldn't
stop crying. "I know honey." she said softly. Mommy lowered the 
rail on my crib and crawled into the crib with me. She laid 
next to me and put her arm around me. I just cried. Mommy 
didn't say anything more. She just laid there with me and held 
me close to her. Mr. Fluffy was sitting at the bottom of the 
crib by my feet keeping them warm. I fell asleep after a 
while. When I woke up in the middle of the night mommy was 
still in my crib with me. I moved a little bit and mommy woke 
up. She yawned and then reached over and rolled me onto my 
tummy and my head rested on her chest. We both fell back 
asleep until morning. Aunt Kathy woke us up. She changed my 
diaper while mommy went to get my breakfast ready. 


After I finished breakfast, I got ready to go to school I 
hugged mommy. "Thanks for staying with me last night mommy. I 
love you." I said as she gave me a kiss on the cheek. "I love 
you too honey. Have a good day at school." She said as I went 
out the door and walked down to the bus stop.


IT was the last week of school before Christmas break. Emily 
and Laura spent the night at my house Friday after school. IT 
was 2 more weeks until Laura's mommy and daddy's wedding. They 
asked our group to play music at the reception. So it was 
going to be a busy couple of weeks getting ready for the 
wedding and stuff.  Friday night Emily slept on the bed, and I 
slept in my crib and Laura slept in Teala's crib. Emily's 
diaper leaked and her sheets got wet so mommy changed the 
sheets that morning while she got a shower. Laura and I had 
soaked diapers on during breakfast because mommy didn't change 
us right away. After breakfast we were changed and we all went 
riding our bikes around the neighborhood. We rode over to 
Robert's house and hung out there for a while. We then came 
home and had lunch at my house.


Since we stayed up late the night before, we took a nice long 
nap later in the afternoon. Laura and I woke up while Emily was 
still asleep. I got out of my crib quietly and crawled into 
the crib with Laura. We talked very quietly for a while so we 
wouldn't wake Emily. "I gotta go poopie" I whispered. "Me too. 
Let's just poop in our diapers." I said. We both sat there in 
the crib facing each other and tried not to giggle as we were 
both making silly faces while we filled our diapers. We both sat 
down in the crib and mushed our bottoms. Then I crawled out of 
the crib and sat on my rocking horse and rocked back and forth 
sliding my diaper bottom on the seat. It totally mushied my 
poopoo all over my hiney. 


"I wanna try that too." Laura said as she realized what I was 
doing. So I let her sit on the rocking horse. She began to 
rock back and forth. She was grinning from ear to ear. "Wow 
this really feels good." She said. "Yeah I know." I said as I 
stood there. I reached my hands around and felt the back of my 
diaper. It wasn't sagging and lumpy anymore. That was cuz I 
mushed it all over my hiney. "Yay!" Laura said as she giggled 
and then got off the rocking horse. Emily woke up. "What are 
you doing?" She asked while yawning. "We both poopied in our 
dipees and then rocked on the rocking horse until it squished
everywhere in our diapers." Laura said. "Wow, sounds like 
fun." Emily said. "Yeah." I said as I grinned. "Are you wet 
Emily?" I asked. "A little, but hold on, I really have to go 
pee." She paused for a second and her diaper began to fill 
with warm yellow peepee. "Ahh! All better now." She said as 
she got up and stood there by the bed and stretched. Her 
disposable diaper was sagging and all yellow in the front.

We went out to the living room. "Mommy, we all need a diaper 
change." I said. "OK honey, I'll be there in a minute." Mom 
said. So we went back to my room. A moment later mommy came in 
and grabbed a few diapers and some wipes and powder. "Who 
wants to get changed first?" she asked. "I will." Laura said 
as she laid on the bed and mommy took down her diaper. "OH my 
goodness! You have poopoo all over your hiney baby! How in the 
world did you get so messy? You messy little girl." Mommy 
teased her as she wiped her clean. Then mommy changed me. 
"Tiffany, gosh you're just as messy as she is. What were you 
two doing?" "We sat on the rocking horse and slid back and 
forth squishing it all over in our dipees." I said while 
blushing. "Eww, yucky-poo! Mommy said as she finished wiping 
me and then powdered me and re-diapered me. "OK next." Mommy 
said as Emily got her diaper changed. "I'm just wet." She 
said as mommy hesitated to open her diaper. "Yeah, you are 
soaked but at least your not a messy little baby like the 
other girls." 


After a while we had dinner and then Emily went home. Laura's 
parents asked if Laura could stay over night Saturday too and 
go to church with us Sunday morning. They wanted some time to 
themselves. So after Laura and I played a while in my room 
mommy came in and stood by the door. "OK girls it's bath 
time." Mommy said. "Aww! But mommy!" I whined. "Come on Tiffy. 
You can play some more after bath time. Come on girls." Mommy 
said as she motioned for us to come along.


Laura and I both hopped in the bathtub after mommy drew our 
bath for us. Mommy washed me, and then Laura. She let us play 
in the bathtub for a while playing with our toys. We had 
rubber ducky, and some boats, and a little cup we kept 
splashing each other with. "OK you two, bath time is over. 
Let's get you dried off and in your nice comfy dipees and 
jammies." Mommy said as she grabbed a towel off of the rack 
and dried me, and then Laura. We then went across the hall to 
my room and she diapered both of us and put us in cute 
matching pink footed sleepers. "Ok now you girls go put away 
all the toys and then you can come out to the kitchen and have 
ice cream. Then I'll read you both a bedtime story. How does 
that sound?" Mommy said. "Yay we like dat!" I said.


So we picked up the toys and went out to the kitchen. Mommy 
sat me in my highchair and Laura sat in Teala's highchair. She 
put our bibs on us. Aunt Kathy came out and sat at the table 
with us. We got ice cream all over our faces and our bibs. 
Aunt Kathy took a wash cloth and wiped our hands and face and 
took our bibs off. Mommy then came into the kitchen and let us 
out of our high chairs. "Go brush your teeth girls and then I 
will come in and tuck you in and read to you." 


After brushing our teeth we decided to cuddle up in Teala's 
crib since it was wider then mine. We had Mr. Fluffy and Laura 
had brought over her favorite stuffed animal last night when 
she came over. Mommy came in the room a while later. She 
pulled a chair over from the desk and sat down next to the 
crib. She began to read to us. After our story, she said 
prayers with Laura and I. She pulled our blanket up so we 
would stay warm. She gave both of us a kiss goodnight. "Sleep 
tight, don't let the bed bugs bite." She said as she turned out 
the lights. Laura and I held our stuffed animals and talked 
for a while. Then I put my pacifier in my mouth when I started 
to get tired. "I want one." Laura said. "Here you go." I said 
as I gave her my pacifier. "Aww thanks Tiffy." She said as she 
put it in her mouth. We both moved around and got comfortable. 
We both lay there on our side. Laura's back was to me. I 
reached my arm around her and held her and her stuffed animal. 
Her hair tickled my nose but I moved it out of the way. Mr. 
Fluffy was laying against my shoulder. "Night Laura." I 
whispered. She was already asleep. I closed my eyes and soon 
joined her in a peaceful and tranquil sleep.
