Summary: Two weeks after the asteroid fell and wiped out 90% of the dinosaur population, the super continent of Pangea fell into environmental degradation due to soot polluting the sky essentially freezing it over a sheet of ice and snow. What used to be a lush, warm coastline of Caldera Bay is now a white, thick, sheet of snow and ruined buildings. Humans, who were forced to live underground under a direct order from the Pangean government are now presented with a choice now that the dinosaurs are faced with endangerment; they can inherit Pangea for their own placing them at the top of the food chain or they can try to live side-by-side with the dinosaurs and help fight off their critical endangered status. Derrick, the main protagonist, has chosen the latter. He wants to bring all of the refugees of this disaster down in South Pangea where its safe, but not every dinosaur is interested in integrating with human society.
