You know that I`m usually cheerfull and only like to share good things and positive vives or just try to keep that happy attitude. As I explained a few times in the past these last years I had been taking care of my mother. due to her terminal cancer and quite advanced senility, thats why lately I had been posting so few things and got a bit behind on the comic and commissions.
My mother passed away this last sunday. Obviously its sad, but Im in peace because it was for the better, she was suffering too much, a lot of pain, even with the strong morphine treatment. and she didnt recognize anything or anyone at this point
Now she is finally resting and I can slowly get back to my life
All this time and treatments wipe out completely my savings and time, but now Im free again. so Ill back to work on art, commissions and comics full force and full time
as always I just wanted to thank you all for your amazing support and pacience
Today I just doodle this quick one just to start again, and from now on, Ill be back with more art and comics all the time =)

Creating or mixing parts from other things, but it usually takes so much time to make them match or making it look good or posible. lot of times the ideas dont translate well into paper or it just dont look good ^^¿

What could go wrong...?

As some of you pointed out in some comments and messages. the characters of this one and Unprotected look alike... well, thats because they are the same ones. Both stories are sort of spin off versions or alternate time/reality
The original story or comic where my characters belong, Ambar, Duke, Victoria and several of my characters is a comic I started in 99. called C.O.A.S, and it went up to the 6th chapter, but due to a few printing and economic issues I never had the chance to continue it. I HOPE some day, maybe after I finish these spin offs I can continue with the original comic. The one that started all ^^
Meanwhile I like to keep them alive in other stories =)

Im sorry I haven´t been posting too much these last weeks.
A few personal problems and my mother illness took most of my time.

and the last one, is also a classic movie, but the poster itself was already a paraody, so I drop that hint because its a bit more hard =)

As you already know. I had an operation a short while ago. everything were goin perfect but an infection turn me into mush for weeks. I had to be hospitalized for a few days with IV antibiotics. and then stayed on bed at home. Thats why I haven being doing any work, pic or upload anything in any place, not even here, despite I promess to do something every single day.
I was able to sit and slowly going back to work. I´m really sorry for the all the lack of content. and I can perfeclty understand everyone that left.
Now I´m starting again wit a few things to upload, and almost finishing the next page of UNPROTECTED

Just 2 males spending the afternoon with an innocent and fun game

Im really sorry that I haven´ t been posting anything for a week, and the reason is that I had an eye surgery las monday. I had been trying to aboid it, but I couldn´t pospone it anymore.
Some time ago I got an injury on that eye due to stress, that left a permanent dark spot in the focus area of my left eye. I tried several tratments without avail so. I needed to try this one. I´m stil recovering, but I wanted to start to work and post something again.
I´ll try to go back and post everyday like before. Thanks again to all of you that stayed with me and helped me all this time. is thanks to you all and what I earn trought this work that I save enought in this years to perform the operation. Now Im starting from a scratsh, but with a lot of new hope. it had been a tought couple of years, but this should be the last bad stream of bad luck. with this operation plus a copuple of other pryects that are starting in my life, it would be an amazing new beggining in my life. and with a lot of hope as always!

I have tons of questions on how I do the cars. here is an example, step by step of how I do them. Let me know if this helps or I need to work on it to do a better tutorial. HUGS

. First I search references of the car I want to do, unless is an invention or my own prototypes
. Start with the basic shapes with squares and circles, really rought lines, to establish the P.0.V and perspective
. Adding the rought details in the basic shapes. don´ t be afraid of using references
. Cleaning the lines and adding more clean details, adding any change or modification I had in mind

. One I ink(clean line art) the clean sketch. I start with the colors, I find more confortable to work from back to front. the inside and all the darker parts.
. the glass
. the full body (I change the DODGE letter. to make them bigger)

. the grill, the bumpers
. adding the decals and 2nd color on the rooft and spoiler in Luminosity Layer with white on a high transparency

. quick way to do the wheels. usually I recomend to detail the wheels.
Pro TIP: always ALWAYS took the time to do the wheels right, the right angle and circles, the same with the colors. you can do a so so car, but if the wheels looks right the car would look perfect. but you can do an amazing car with bad wheels.. the whole car would look horrible.
Funny fact: I discovered this years ago washing my car. It didn´ t matter how clean the car was, if the wheels where dirty, everything looked wrong.. and with the clean wheels, the car looked ok, even with full dirt on ^^¿
. Adding more details, light details, plate and wolf

. Quick BG this time, just a few colors and lines to make an ambient for the truck
. Adding the truck reflect on the floor make it look sparkly clean
. Shadow just in the bottom, top ilumination, same as the truck
. Some fancy lighting =P

I didn´´ t expect all the attention that the DeLoreal got! so I had to do the obligatory following pic =P

Had this idea in my head for years. but never did it because I tought it was such an easy joke that thousands had already thone it, but with years of combing the internet, I never found it. So..like, why not. I have to do it =P
