Hey Furry Fight fans!

I know I said I put FFC on an infinite hiatus last month. Well, for some days now I´m working on it again, having some pages for a new chapter done. For now I´ll try to continue with another mindset, hoping to get as much support as possible, but not making the project dependant on it. This story is too much of a passion project that I could abandon it yet.

I can´t make any promises on wether I can pull it through, but I´ll give it my best without stressing myself out too much as before. I also have to figure out how to balance this project with my other art I want to draw for Pixiv Fanbox, and the commissions I make a living from.

It´s likely that I´ll become significantly slower with my output, so eventually I won´t be able to post a complete chapter anymore as before. I´ll just try to make as much as possible while still enjoying the rest of my life.

Hello FFC-reader and Furry Fight fans!

There´s a lot I could talk about now, but I want to keep it (relatively) short.

When I made public that book three was finished I cried. Because although the last page of the book says"To be continued..." I felt like this was the end.

There will be now more updates for 20$-patrons for the time being. Everyone in the top-tier can delete their pledge if they want to, but if you keep it it will be purely as a donation without a reward from now on.

FFC is in indefinite hiatus now. Frankly I don´t feel like continuing anymore. I have all the ideas for the rest of act 1 planned out and looked forward to realize them for years. A part of me still does. But the part of me that got disappointed, burned out and bitter overgrow my inherent drive to go on.

I put all I could in this project for three years and finished 676 pages in total. I reached a point where something has to change or I give up FFC completely to move on and try something new. I need an outward incentive big enough to make me continue.

I would continue if I´d get at least 500$ of support each month for the comic. I´d draw a page for 100$, so the absolute minimum would be five pages a month.

This shouldn´t sound like bribery. To be frank this isn´t meant to get people on board or increase their pledge. Because after gaining enough experience about this project I to 90 percent expect thatsome ultimatum won't change a thing. It´s rather meant as to show how unlikely it is that I will continue.

Honestly it broke my heart. But I never planned to make this as a sole passion project, but to make money with it- the longterm goal of mine is still to get independent from commissions. The most money FFC made was through FFC-commissions.

It´s fine to earn money with commissions, but this comic created more commissions than making me able to reduce them and still make a living of it. This wasn´t the plan.

This comic developed into a problematic relationship. I went through months of doubts, often thinking and feeling the opposite what I felt the day before. The emotional roalercoasters made me crazy and ghastly. That was the phase of arguments. Then came the breake up-phase. Occasionally we were happy again, looking back on better times and continuing like before, out of pure habit. The breake up finally sunk in the past weeks, and finally I don´t have the urge to continue anymore. I got in a state where I am ready to move on and still be proud for how far I came. It´s been the longest running project I ever did of my own, and even if it´s unfinished this achievement is undeniable. I´ll do my best to mend my heart from now on.

The hiatus is in sight, but it will still be months till I posted all the finished chapters from book three. The last chapter will be made public in september 2020.

I think I will still leave this patreon-site be. All Patrons can change their pledge as they want. I´ll delete the old tiers when I have no more new stuff to post, and most likely reduce everything to a 1$-tier. As soon as 500 people donate a Dollar a month I continue FFC as long as the minimum goal is reached.

As things look most likely though I´ll create something new. Something less personal, which I feel less devastated about if it fails and more in tune of what people expect and want from me.

Hello FFC-fans!

I decided to add a new tier to Patreon- the "Furry Fight Manager"-tier for 20$ a month!

If you join this tier you can see a complete sketched chapter I currently work on or storyboards for future chapters- including drafts for chapters that may not make it into the canon story but explain more side details.

Of course it´s up to you how far you want to go with your support for my first own big comic project. In comparison to the amount of content you get the 20$-tier might not be the most rewarding for you as a reader. Mainly it´s just there as an option to give me more support, and to give me a significant help to devote more time to FFC beside my regular work. Because let´s face it- for the amount of hours I put into this comic every single day I still don´t get much money out of it, and I look for ways to change this slowly over time.

No worries- If the 20$-tier is too much for you don´t feel pressured in any way. You still get to read finished chapters for 10 or even 5$ a month which is a great help as well. Ok... I think I learned a lesson. As I told earlier I´m not content with chapter 20 to 23 and decided to redraw them completely. The thing is... As much as there are valid arguments to make them new and better, there is a decision to be made which is of a very philosophical nature.

Those four chapters are connected with a time of my life in which I struggled with certain things. It came into my creative output, my outlay for plot-structure and the quality of my drawings. As I got better my art also improved. As I look back I´m in parts ashamed for my chapters of this time, and I have this urge to redo them.

But I feel like mistakes you made can never be wiped away. Even if I redo the chapters, I still now that back then I drew them different. I can´t wipe away the fact that I was a different person then, no matter how much I´d wish for it.

I might take the easy route here. But I think I have to force myself to be content with what I did this time. It´s not like the redraws would tell anything fundamentally different. I´d repeat myself instead of going on. And I feel like I should be satisfied that I created anything at all, because anything is better than nothing. And there will still be readers who aren´t as critical as me and can enjoy those chapters either way.

I may sound overly dramatical now, but I´ll let those chapters remain as a memorial. I declare them to be canon after all. I´m not too proud of them, but they progress the story and still have their merrits.

Sorry for all the confusion I caused and my changing opinions. This theme was heavy to handle and I just want it to be done with to fully concentrate with everything in front of me instead.

However... I planned out the complete rest for book three and decided to start part 3 with a different chapter. This new chapter will hopefully be done throughout this month and be posted for 10$-Patrons. The following chapters 21, 22, 23, and 24 will be those chapters all 10$-Patrons read before, but which are canon now after all.

For the 10$-Patrons who might be pissed that from december till march 2020 I´ll post chapters you already read I´m apologizing. I still try to add other 10$-extras as time allows it. And if you want to pause your patronage till I post completely new chapters I can understand as well. For everyone who still continues to support me I´m very thankful, because all of your help helps me in turn to spend more time to draw this story and make it as good as it can be.

TLTR:

I draw a new chapter 20, which I hope to finish throughout November. The following four chapters are already done and will be posted from there. I planned to redo them, but I decided to keep them canon after all.

Okay, Furry Fight Fans... I have both good and bad news.

I went through many weeks of exhaustive planning, doubting, discarding and rebuilding for the upcoming part 3 of "Furry Fight Chronicles". Oftentimes I felt like running in circles, but in the end I made progress and came to decisions I am content with.

I was at a point were I finished six chapters already. As I looked back I had recurring doubts over the pacing of the first four chapters and finally decided to redo them completely. At least two later chapters of the upcoming book are finished and I´m content with them.

But this means I gotta scratch 80 finished pages. I´ll tell the same thing again, but more comprised and entertaining, which will amount to 66 new pages.

Now this means nothing changes for 5$-Patrons. You will get the new chapter as usual, as that one is still part of the second book I already finished.

For all 10$-Patrons who waited for chapter 20 in November I´m sorry to tell I can´t give it to you, as it has to be redone first. Planning the new chapters, filling in gaps and conclude the complete planning for all chapters in book 3 took up the complete rest of my free time this month. I can start drawing the new version of chapter 20 in November, but it might take the whole month till its done.

I´m sorry I couldn´t keep up my own promised rewards for the high tier patrons. To make up for it I still want to give the 10$-Patrons an exclusive extra.

So I won´t post the canonical chapter 20 in November. Instead I will post the four chapters which are outtakes now, as an exclusive for all 10$- Patrons. The things happening in those four chapters will be more or less the same as what will happen in my planned four redraws, so you still get a good glimpse at where the story will be headed. I´m sorry if certain things will be repetitive in the upcoming months once I start to post the redone chapters... But maybe some of you can find enjoyment in comparing the differences between the old and new versions of those four chapters and hopefully see the improvements I tried to make.

TLTR: Everything is as usual for 5$-Patrons. 10$- Patrons don´t get to read a new chapter in advance in November, but get access to four exclusive chapters which are outtakes.

Personally, I think my comic is best read from a complete chapter to the next. It seems though a lot of you like to have a new page each day instead. So I decided to give everyone the choice how he likes to read the story best, while also reduce my workload a bit by simplifying things.

Now, the amount of pledges I receive isn´t enough for a whole chapter, which is usually around twenty pages long. In fact, I´m far away from that goal yet, and even further away from the ultimate goal to guarantee two chapters or more each month...but

I decided to post more pages as extras anyway, to progress the story faster. I still hope I´ll eventually gain enough readers and supporters to reach all of my Patreon-goals...

I think so far noone of my FFC-chars went through so many changes like the two characters which make Team Executor, the first big opponent for Muko and Nyarai.

An earlier take on one of Adelgunds assistants. That´ s one of the card motives of the game I planned once as well. As a mechanic I thought an assistant could help to disturb the opponents combagals moves.

Welcome to the new patrons, and thank you from my heart to everyone who supports this comic up to this point.

There´ s a slight decline in the patronage, which demotes the monthly rate of new pages to eight pages. There are some pages coming which maybe don´ t fulfill some readers expectations what FFC promises, so I can partly understand if I lose some supporters, although it saddens me a bit. But then I know what´ s about to come eventually, so most likely I´ ll overcome this after a while.

What felt like an eternity was just a month after all.... FFC continues!

I was on a trip and now I have to wait for my suitcase, because we walked past the baggage claim which really was completely hidden. Instead of doing the rational thing and just walk back we had to sign up our luggage as missed and now we might wait weeks till it gets delivered. The bad thing is, I have a lot of brand-new, finished FFC-pages in it! I want my stuff back!

Part 2 begins!

I have less time to post stuff in september, so I start posting the new pages early!

For the first episode of FFC-Atelier I focus on Fenny and Roora.

As I have many sketches and unused pictures flying around I decided to collect some of those from time to time and collect them in a new feature called the "FFC-Atelier".

Maybe some of you are interested in early sketches and the like. Can´ t say how regularly I put out these, but I should already have enough material for a couple of more episodes which will be done here and there, depending on my time.

The story goes on! For August I will post eight pages! A warm welcome to all new patrons. And thank you to all my regular patrons as well. As a silver lining I can say that the decrease in pledges over the last month at least got smaller. I hope to find more supporters for the story in the future, to reach more goals and post more pages!

Also this month is gonna be exciting. I visit my first convention as a seller. I try my luck with volume 1 of FFC at the Eurofurence in Berlin. Things will start to get tricky right at the beginning, as I need to find a space at the artist alley. I´ m nervous and hope everything will work out!

So I worked on a possible FFC-cardgame for some months. I planned that the player could choose between various Combagals to play and moves to make. The gameproject is put on indefinite hold, but I finished some motives which I can share here and there.

If and when this game could be continued I can´t say. It depends on how popular FFC could get and if there´s a demand for it sometime. Good thing is that I set out all the rules and cards I want to make- all that´s left undone is the rest of the motives and the layout of all cards for possible print, so even if it´s unlikely I could pick up where I left anytime. For now I want to focus on the comic though.

This is an extra to my comic "Furry Fight Chronicles". The comic can be read by everyone for free.I post new pages every month, but hope to make a living with independent comics someday. If you like my stories, please support me here on patreon!

Here it is! My first printed comic, Volume 1 of „Furry Fight Chronicles“!

I’m very excited to hold this book in hands finally, after a year of work and many uncertainties wether I’m doing the right thing or if you will turn out liking the story.

But I love printed comics, and I still prefer to hold a book in hands instead of reading it online, so

I wanted to create an opportunity for everyone to read FFC just like this.

The book looks and feels like a manga:

Its 13cm x20cm big,

has a coloured softcover,

and 214 black&white pages,

which include the first nine whole chapters of the story.

The first 40 or so pages are sized down a bit, because I started out on the wrong paper format. So there are some white margins on the first parts. I learned from my mistake and won’t repeat it again!

The shipping cost is included in the price.

For everyone who doesn’t want to spend money, you still can read everything for free eventually, as I post an amount of new pages every month on all sites I’m on. The amount of pages depends on how many Patreon-goals are reached by my readers donations.

I feel like having made the first big step. I’m very excited to see how things will turn out from here, and hope many of you will enjoy reading the first FFC-book!

Time flies. It´ s already been a year since I started working on my little Comic about female furry wrestlers. In terms of the main story I managed to make the first few steps, but I´ m still far away from the first parts I consider really exciting. I choose to take no shortcuts though, to establish and build up everything in the pace it needs to have to be an enjoyable read. Since then I became more secluded from society to work on the story as much as possible, and friends wonder why I don´ t show up anymore!

Alrighty, thanks to your support I reached several goals this month, which I didn´ t expect. Currently the 200$-goal is reached, which means that I post thirteen pages this month!

I thank everyone donating his or her money for my comic project, it means a lot to me to get this kind of support and gives me hope to continue giving my best for it.

From here on the next goals go steeper. Making 13 pages each month takes up a lot of my free time already, and from there on it has to be more worth the effort. This means the next steps go usually in 100$-goals. If we reach 300$ each month, I post 14 pages, for 400$ 15 and so on- until the next tier is reached!

However I´ m happy to get out 13 pages already, this will help the story to develop significantly faster. And then I hope to get more readers, fans and patrons, until someday I can at least post a page of my comics each day.

Hi Combagal-Fans!
I let you know when I post pages and where this month. I already can reveal that I add four extra-pages to the guaranteed four pages I post thanks to your patreon-support! Woohey!
I post things earlier this month to have it all done at christmas, when I get things to cool down a few days after the past work-packed months and visit my family and all that harmonius stuff.

Soo this is how things go down:

I start posting early access daily pages on PATREON on December 9th
Then I start posting the same daily pages a week later on Furaffinity on Dec 16th
And conclude posting the whole bunch at once as usual on Inkbunny and Deviantart on Dec 23rd
