Chapter 20: Plans for Takeover

Later that day, the minion from earlier returned to Artemis' base.

"We only managed to get one disruption bomb to fire at the city, but we were stopped by a bunch of heroes."  the minion said.

"Very well, Vaxtus come here!" Artemis said.  Vaxtus came.  "Tomorrow, we will bring a whole troop of minions to Atmo City Hall and pronounce our takeover of the city."

"Of course" Vaxtus said.

'Well, I could expose his true plan and destroy him for trying to destroy Atmo City.  I mean, he tried to fire a disruption bomb at one of the city's vertical thrust generators.  That isn't revenge, at least not hiw I consider it.  I'll just need the right opportunity.' Vaxtus thought to himself.
