Tiredness and excitement,  
Who never felt both  
At the end of a long day,  
When about to head home ?

And on the way back,  
Who never felt distracted,  
Thoughts wandering away,  
Seemingly aimlessly ?

Thoughts, mind and soul,  
Enjoying some freedom  
Wandering somewhere,  
Aimlessly or maybe not...

A shadow hiding the sun,  
Wings widely spread,  
Chimeric dragon gliding,  
Looking at the ground.

A shadow in the streets,  
Blurred and hardly visible,  
Chimeric dog running,  
Looking at the sky.

A dragon quickly landing,  
A dog slowing down,  
Both at the same place  
Where two humans arrive.

Four smiles at the same time,  
Two between two animals,  
Two between two humans,  
But strangely no difference.

A girl and a boy,  
A dragon and a dog,  
Same heat in the heart,  
Still no difference.

The humans hugged,  
The animals nuzzled,  
And still no difference :  
Isn't it love anyway ?

Two smiles getting devious,  
Two devious grunts,  
But would you blame them  
For having naughty ideas ?

Two humans going away,  
Arm around the shoulder,  
Two animals going away,  
Wing around the flank.

What happened after this  
Isn't written in this poem.  
Eh, you blamed their ideas,  
And now want to know them ?
