Battle of Hearts I am the strongest. I am powerful. Nobody can ever beat me! Those words echoed in the mind of a Zangoose, he traversed through the dark forest alone unafraid of what could lie in wait for him. Not long ago, the pokemon had traveled with a trainer who named him Zang after first catching him. In his time with the human, he had become strong enough to take on any challenger. Zang took part in defeating every gym leader, gaining his trainer victory in the pokemon league, and even helped in defeating the Elite Four. Nobody could stop them as they became champions, but Zang thought otherwise... The Zangoose broke out of his pokeball and abandoned his trainer after all they had been through. He only stayed with him to get stronger, so he honestly couldn't care less what the human thought. Power was everything, and the cocky Zangoose wanted to prove it every time. As he made his way into a dark clearing, he could see the shining glares of wild pokemon before him as the slowly surrounded him. It was a large group of Ursaring that had their claws at ready to attack. "Get out of our territory Zangoose, you're not welcome here." A large bear with a cross shaped scar overlapping the ring on his belly made his way in front of the group, clearly he was the leader. "We're only asking once now be on your way." "Kehehehe, and here I thought you Ursarings were tough in the wild." Zang snickered as he called them out. "Come on, if you guys really think you can take me on then let's go. That is unless you're all chicken." Angered, one of the Ursaring had already snuck behind the Zangoose with arm raised for a powerful Brick Break. The attack crashed into the ground, but Zang had jumped into the air just in time to dodge. With his claws glowing, he dived and unleashed a flurry of fury swipes slashing the larger pokemon down to the ground. More of the group ran at him a barrage of Focus Punches and blasts of hyper beams, but the Zangoose smirked in excitement; Zang dodged each punch his way, circling around his attackers redirecting the energy blasts from him to them. He focused energy into his paws creating a large Shadow Ball and threw it at the far off attackers taking down several Ursarings with a single explosion. "Come on, let's fight some more!" Zang readied his claws and charged at the first Ursaring in front of him. Kneeing the bear's face, he launched himself higher into the air and made a dive kick that slammed another into the ground. Close Combat was his favorite move; Zang was fast as he dashed passed the Ursarings cutting at their sides weakening their defenses by striking them down with powerful kicks. Using Quick Attack, the Zangoose zipped through blasts of Hyper Beams attacking them with swift powerful strikes from behind. The last of the fighters were defeated by a powerful combo of an Ice Beam and Shadow Claw finisher. Zang was beginning to feel as if there was no challenge at all until he jumped away from another Hyper beam from behind by the Ursaring leader. "Finally decided to join the fight?" Not bothering to answer, the leader dashed out at a speed much faster than the other Ursarings and attacked with a powerful Brick Break. Zang managed to dodge the attack that created a crater half his size in the ground but his sudden surprise took away his attention as a second Brick Break slammed him into a tree. He groaned from the surprise attack, but the fact that he had a challenge now excited the Zangoose; the mighty Ursaring fired another blast but Zang quickly dodged and fired back with a Shadow Ball only for it to be deflected by a Hammer Arm. The two charged towards each other armed with Shadow Claws at the ready and clashed, deflecting each other's attack with their claws, but the shorter pokemon had the upper hand. "That all you got?" Ducking under another attack, Zang fired an Ice Beam freezing the Ursaring's arm and as that distracted him he finished him off with a powerful X-Scissor. The Ursaring leader fell to his opponent; the Zangoose smirked as he stepped on the leader's back. " Here I thought I had a challenge. Tch, come on stand and fight!" "Papa no!" The Zangoose stopped as he saw three little Teddiursa's ran toward them trying to defend the leader. "Please don't hurt papa again! Please don't hurt him!" "Tch..." Zang's attitude soon turned sour as he moved away and left the Ursaring leader with his children. "I don't like the idea of fighting someone who has kids that'll cry over him... There's probably someone better I can fight out here." The Zangoose moved on, enjoying but not as of yet satisfied with the battle he had; he wanted more of a fight, one that would really push his limits. He continued to fight through the forest, attacking any groups of pokemon he could find to find someone worth his time to fight at full force. Someone who can keep up with him and fight at his league until one of them falls in defeat, that's what he wanted but all the pokemon he met were weaklings to him. The Zangoose continued to fight those he found in the forest until he finally found a large clearing and sat under a tree to rest. "Hey you, are you the Zangoose I've heard about?" Zang looked across from the tree he was standing on; it was in his opinion just an average Drilbur not even half his size pointing hits long three clawed hand at him. "You are aren't you? You're the Zangoose that's been bullying all the other pokemon." "Beat it kid, I don't need some weakling around me." He huffed waving him off. "I'm no weakling and I'm not a kid, I'm stopping you from hurting more of my friends again!" The Drilbur exclaimed with a lot of triumph in his voice, but Zang only shrugged him off. "Back off, kid or not you're gonna need years before you can even fight with me..." The Zangoose looked back only for a minute to find that the cocky pokemon had disappeared instantly. Something was up, no way he wouldn't notice someone coming and going like that. His ear suddenly picked up the sound of something digging under him at a fast pace, living up to his name the Drilbur shot up from under Zang's feet like a fast spinning drill and launching him into the air. The shorter pokemon focused his Hidden Power unleashing a white energy blast, the Zangoose quickly fired back with an Ice Beam dispersing the attack entirely to land back on the ground. Zang couldn't help feeling a little angered, but the urge to fight began to excite him at the new prospect of a challenge. "Clever aren't ya? Alright then, give me your best shot!" "With pleasure!" He growled dashing off at his opponent. Holding his claws in front of him, the Drilbur shot at Zang with Drill Run. The Zangoose quickly grabbed the attack just as he shot at him like a spinning drill. His power pushed Zang back at least two inches back before he was thrown into the air; he got out of the move and dove back down with his sharpened Metal Claws. Zang dodged attacks by the skin of his teeth, he was actually surprised at how good the Drilbur was. Deciding to finally take it seriously, the Zangoose blocked a blow kicking him back enough to get his footing back. "You got the moves, but do you have the skills for them?" Zang fell into his Close Combat stance and the two began to clash once again. Claws against claws, the two pokemon were at each other's necks but only one could win; Zang and the Drilbur came at each other with powerful swings of their claws, but as the Zangoose stood with a smirk to his face the mole pokemon fell face first into the ground. He slowly made his out of the clearing until he felt something sharp pinch at his tail. "S-Stop... I-I'm... not done..." The Drilbur groaned in pain, panting as he struggled to stand on one knee. "I'll beat you... I won't let you hurt any of my friends again." "Whatever, I do have to admit you weren't a bad fight..." Zang smirked as he walked off. "If you wanna fight again, come find me." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why did he said that? The Zangoose had always fought and left his opponents to crawl back to wherever they came from so why go and tell him something like that? Zang had felt the Drilbur was a good fight for sure, which in a way made him want to fight him again. Fight again they did, the Drilbur never gave up on defeating him getting stronger with each battle they had. Zang found it exciting; he found it was a thrill to fight someone once beaten when they could come back stronger. Zang found himself admiring the potential rival he made with every attack thrown at him, even after defeating him again he found himself waiting for him to get back to his feet to fight again. "Are you done already? Come on, fight some more." "I'm not giving up... you hear me... not by a long shot..." The Drilbur struggled back to his feet, but his resolve to defeat his opponent was still firm and strong as before; Zang could see the determination in his eyes as he roared, "I won't lose to you!" it was when he said that that the mole became enveloped in light and began to shift its body. His size matching the Zangoose before him as his claws grew longer and sharper with an extra blade roughly twice as large extending from his forehead. The light disappeared as it showed the Drilbur's dark brown body with diagonal red splotches replacing its once blue ones. He had become an Excadrill in front of Zang's eyes. "I'll defeat you this time... no matter what!" "... I'm Zang." Before, he never felt interested in giving his name to those he defeated but Zang found himself feeling respect after seeing the newly evolved Excadrill make it this far. "You got a name before we get back to fighting?" "I don't think you deserve my name of all things, not until I beat you first!" He exclaimed with claws at the ready. "I won't be holding back anything anymore." "That's just what I like to hear." Zang readied himself for another fight, the thrill of battle exciting him to the point that he couldn't wait anymore. He dashed at the Excadrill ready to attack with all he had, but as his opponent came at him as well instead of attacking he pushed Zang back with a strong shove. Why would he do that instead of attacking? The question ran through the Zangoose's head before he saw a large whip-like object whacked at the mole throwing him to the ground. "Poison Tail? Dammit, who's there?" "Forgotten about me already...?" The sound of hissing ran through the bushes as a large black snake slithered out in the open, a Seviper with one of its fangs broken off. "It's payback for what you did to me Zangoose." "You again huh, I honestly didn't think I'd see you again." Zang replied bluntly to the snake, just looking at the pokemon in front of him stirred his animal instincts. "I don't have time for you right now, make like skin and shed right out of here... Or else I'll skin you myself." "Ever the cocky one... can't say the same about your friend there." The Seviper grinned as he pointed to the injured Excadrill, already wincing in pain from the effects of the poison tail. "Don't worry though, even with one fang I'll fill you with enough poison to kill a Mamoswine." Zang wanted to pull that fang right out of his smug mouth, but his attention went back to the Excadrill wincing in pain from the poison. 'I have to get him away from here...' the clouds began to darken small flashes of light flew through the sky until a bolt of lightning struck in the middle of the clearing. The Seviper was blinded only for a moment before he looked back to see Zang and the Excadrill disappeared. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Awoken by the sound of raindrops, the Excadrill opened his eyes to find himself into a dark hole. The light from the huge opening outside shown it was a cave, and looking closely he could see a figure coming back inside. It was Zang holding a bundle of wood with what looked like berries on top of them. "Good... I'm glad you're ok." The mole jumped up but winced by the sudden pain that enveloped his body, hearing the word "Idiot" he watched as the Zangoose threw pink peach shaped berries toward his feet. "Eat those. They're Pecha Berries, it'll get rid of the poison in your body." "Hm..." Not sure what to say, the Excadrill slowly ate the berries given to him slowly feeling their properties kick in when he no longer felt in pain. Going through the berries he noticed a round blue one hidden under the rest, he could tell it was an Oran Berry and once he ate it the mole felt not only better but healed and energetic as well. He watched as Zang began to light a fire between them and sighed as he finally replied. "Rigby... my name is Rigby." "You're trainer named you that?" Zang asked. "Yeah, before he let me go." He answered taking another berry in his mouth, more for hunger than to make him feel better now. "You said yours was Zang right? Did your trainer let you go too?" "As if... I left him once I was done with him." The Zangoose blurted out bluntly. "All I wanted from him was the chance to get stronger, I fought as many battles he put me in and got to be in their pokemon tournament." "You're kidding?" Rigby was wondering why a Zangoose could be so strong, the fact he made it to the pokemon tournament was more than enough proof. "I never even got to meet the third gym leader. My trainer left me when I was just starting to get better... he left me at a rock to wait for him but never came... It was after the second day that I noticed he wouldn't be coming back for me." "Guess some human's really aren't that great of people once you've stayed with them too long." Zang stretched his arms as he settled down closer to the fire. "I didn't really care for mines, he was just a means to an end." "You say that so easily." He said walking closer to the fire. "You're cocky as hell and an asshole at that." "Tell me how you really feel why don't ya?" Zang felt the Excadrill's claws to his neck as he said that only to shrug it off with a smirk. "Still pissed at me aren't you? You still want payback for me beating up all your friends? I bet you're wondering why I still fight you. Why am I doing this in the first place?" He saw how Rigby's glare seemed to soften and nod slowly. "Simple... I am the strongest. I'm powerful. Nobody can defeat me.... I plan to prove that as much as I can. No matter who's strong I'll show I'm stronger. That doesn't mean I'm evil though, I know when to stop." The pair of claws poked at his neck, his answer not really cheering up the Excadrill. "Now to answer your other question which is why I still fight you, usually its one fight and that's it. But you know what... you interest me Rigby." "What?" Rigby questioned. "That's your answer? I interest you?" "Yeah, you have determination, and you never seem to give up." The Zangoose answered. "You just keep getting stronger too, just look at you now. Just a little while ago you were a Drilbur, and now an Excadrill full of even more potential than before. I want to fight you more and more now. Because you've become a great and strong rival to me, so does that bother you?" "... No." He finally lowered his claw his experession changed after finally hearing Zang's answer. "Everytime we fought, I couldn't understand you. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't... you were strange yet interesting too. I wanted to get better, to get stronger so I could finally understand you. Maybe then I could even beat you, and find out why... why I'm so interested in you as well." "Hehe, so is that how you feel huh?" It was Zang that raised his claws now, tilting the Excadrill's head up by his chin to get a good look at his face. "You want to understand me huh?" Rigby nervously nodded, the Zangoose smiled as he inched ever so close till they were face to face. "Good. Cause honestly... I want to understand you too..." The fire seemed to dance in rhythm as the shadows closed into each other and slowly fell to the floor. Zang and Rigby fell into a warm embrace as they began to kiss deeply, both unsure why they were doing but both hardly caring; their tongues wrestled each other inside the other's mouth, Zang smirked as he caressed the Excadrill's sides making the mole moan into his mouth. Their passionate kiss grew deeper before they slowly pulled away to breathe, Rigby blushed as he looked under them to see their throbbing erections that grew from the kiss grinding against each other. "Should we stop?" He asked with an embarrassed look to his face, the Zangoose smiled as he leaned down and stroked the Excadrill's cock with his paw. "You really want that?" Zang smirked as he shook his head in reply. "Hehe I thought so... neither do I." The Zangoose proceeded to stroke Rigby before leaned down and slowly took the eager cock into his mouth. The Excadrill clawed at the rocky floor as the rough and wet tongue ran across his fat member, the warm mouth around his cock felt like heaven on earth. Up and down Zang went along the thick meat in his mouth, Rigby moved his hands over his head and pulled him further down till his nose pressed his crotch. The deep throating was almost enough for the mole to shoot until the Zangoose quickly pulled away smirking, his own dick throbbing under Rigby's hanging orbs. "Now it's my turn... ready?" Zang watched as his lover slowly nodded, pushing forward as he pressed his dick into the virgin pucker. The tight hole spread open but clenched on his member making the Zangoose moan deeply; he grinned as he pushed deeper into his partner's hole, trying to lighten the mood as he saw Rigby wince in pain by saying. "Hey, can you imagine what our kid could look like?" "D-Don't joke around stupid!" The Excadrill blushed as he wrapped his hands around Zang's back pulling him closer. "Just do it... ok?" Zang grinned and nodded as he pulled back a bit and began to slowly push back in, his thrusts going at a slow and steady pace as the storm outside grew harder and the sound of thunder boomed. The flames flickered and danced as the zangoose's cock pumped deeper hitting the Excadrill's prostate each time. Rigby would moan out his lover's name, saying "Harder! Harder!" every minute he rammed into him. "So tight... I'm close!" Zang's words somehow sent the Excadrill a frenzy as he moaned out and muttered "Fill me." As if he really knew what he was talking about, but the sudden exclaimation lead Rigby over the edge as he moaned out and shot a thick load of cum over the Zangoose's cheek. As the walls began to tighten around his own, Zang roared loud enough to match the large boom of thunder that hit near them as he gave a powerful thrust pumping the hungry hole full of thick cum for the first time. The Zangoose looked down to his lover and grinned as he whispered. "Do you understand me now?" "Shut up..." Rigby looked away with a hint of red onto his cheeks; his hands still clinging to his back pulled Zang into his chest just as a strong wind blew in and doused their flame. The darkness didn't bother either of them as he whispered back to the Zangoose. "There's more to you I have to know..." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Morning came, the storm finally over and the sun began to shine through the dark cave. Zang rested soundly inside by himself, but unbeknownst to him that a dark slithering creature was making its way to him; the single fanged Seviper from before had found him, its tailed raised glowing purple and ready to strike. The snake had almost succeeded until he heard something from deep inside the cave; the sound grew louder until he could see that it was Rigby spinning like a speeding bullet at him. He quickly attacked with his Poison Tail clashing with the Excadrill's attack, but the powerful Drill Run was too much and threw him out of the cave. "You!? But how could you have survived from that poison?" The Seviper questioned. "I had a little help getting better." Rigby answered just as a clawed paw grabbed his shoulder, it was a well rested Zang that came to his side. "Took you long enough to get up." "And whose fault is it for keeping me up?" The Zangoose smirked as he looked toward his sworn enemy. "Good to see you're ok too, now I can pay you back for yesterday." "You... Damn you!" The Seviper had lunged at the two with reckless abandon, only a second after he returned from his rage did he see both pokemon charging energy through their mouth and hands. Almost instantly was he attacked with a combined Hidden Power and Hyper Beam, shooting the Seviper into the sky and breaking the last of his fangs. "Well, that's the last we'll see of him." Zang grinned as he stretched his body out enjoying the sun on his face. "So, after all we did last night... what will you do now?" "That should be obvious..." Rigby walked down further down the path before he turned back with his claws at the ready. "You and I still have to finish where we left off, and until then..." The Excadrill smiled winking playfully to his lover. "I'll be right beside you from now on." Zang couldn't help but smile, the heat of battle beginning to well up inside of him as he raised his claws to his opponent. The two charged at each other with big smiles on their faces, knowing full well that their battles would never end... and that's just the way they liked it.
