Hard day at work part 2 The wails of children were heard from deep beneath the levels of hell, echoing through the corridors as the sound of one adult male was mixed in between the children’s screams for attention. Ghostwolf sat on the floor crying as demon puppies crawled all over him. While they pulled at his fur he processed the horror that was being committed to him and growls, “It’s all that damn corgi’s fault,” he said to no one in particular. He winced as one of the demons bit his tail and growled at the pup sighing as he stood up shaking the little monsters off. Ghostwolf quickly started to pace, periodically shaking off the little demon pups as they crawled on him, and thought to himself. I need to get back on my bosses good side, but how? “Maybe you should drag the corgi down here to hell.” Ghostwolf stopped in his tracks and quickly spun around towards the door. “Who dares disturbs the living nightmare as he is thinking?” Ghostwolf growled as he glared into the darkness. Slowly the figure stepped into the room. A tall female form was slowly revealed as she stepped into the light, “Lilith,” Ghostwolf said with disdain. Lilith, the queen of hell as she likes to call herself, was the wife of Satan himself. Her curves could cause a man to kill for her, large G cup breasts seeming to defy gravity bounced with every step she took. Her long red hair flowed down to her knees and shined like it was on fire, which down in hell it might actually be. To top it all off her face was perfect in every way, no signs of aging or wear and tear showed on her face making her look years younger than she actually was. Dawned in a long flowing dress each movement she made caused the fabric to shimmer blinding anyone who looked for too long. Lilith smiled down at the growling Ghostwolf and laughed, “From what I hear you’re not the living nightmare anymore, you're more like the living diaper,” she said pointing to the pups all over. Ghostwolf stood up as the mini demons scattered to hide behind their cribs as his aura emanated from him darkening the room, “How dare you!” he yells shaking the room. Lilith raised a finger and shook it tutting at him, “now, now we wouldn’t want my dear husband to get angry at you for hurting his poor wife now would we?” she smiled as his face fell and he grumbled to himself his aura dissipating, “the one last human and she had to be the devils wife…….and a colossal bitch,” he said, saying the last part in a whisper. “What was that?” Lilith asked as she stared at Ghostwolf her eyes like daggers, “n…nothing your majesty,” Ghostwolf quickly said and got on one knee, “why the honorable visit?” he said looking up. Lilith smiled and walked over patting Ghostwolf on the head making his eyes seem to glow even redder, “Why I came here to help you of course.” Quickly standing up Ghostwolf stared at her, “why would the queen of hell want to help me?” Lilith smirked as she sauntered over to Ghostwolf patting the heads of the children as they tugged on her dress and looked over at him, “Suspicious one aren’t we now?” she said chuckling a little. Suspicious? Of course he was suspicious, the queen of hell doesn’t just help anyone, at least not if it didn’t fit in with her own needs. “How would me capturing the soul of that corgi help you at all?” he asked. Feigning a look of surprise Lilith smiled and leaned down holding out a hand, “can’t a queen help her subjects every once in a while without getting anything back at all?” she asked and was in turn met with a staring Ghostwolf until she started cackling, “okay, okay you got me,” she said holding up her hands, “I need you to get something for me while you’re up there doing your thing.” Ghostwolf stared at Lilith. What could she possibly need on earth that she couldn’t get down here? Better yet, how the hell did she know he was down here in the first place? He had made sure no one knew and anyone who did wasn’t alive to tell the tale…..well of course other than Satan himself……but he wouldn’t….would he? Shaking his head clear of his thoughts he once again set his eyes on Lilith, “what do you need?” he stated in a cold tone. Lilith smile seemed to grow even wider, Ghostwolf wondered how a human would even smile like that, it was like her lips where going to touch her ears. Lilith turned around and started walking towards the door, “it’s simple really,” she said turning around as she reached the opening, “I need you to get a special soul for me.” … “SUMMER!” Sunee D. Paws danced around her small apartment as she fell onto her couch giving a small “oomph” as she landed on the soft material. While she still had work to deal with summer was a wonderful break from all the hard work of college. She had just finished her second year at college and the finals had just ruined her body and mind. Laying down on her couch she looked around her apartment. Odd knick-knacks were strewed about the place from her visits from family, She loved each and every one of them especially the ones her cousin Spizz. She looked over at her small flatscreen tv and smiled, Stickers of animals and unicorns were placed all over the plastic shell as game consoles leaned against it. She patted the old hand me down couch feeling the rough plaid texture and sat up looking at the mess that she called a kitchen. The sink was filled to the brim with dishes. Boxes of cereal covered what little space that was left on the counter and cupboard doors were opened haphazardly to where anyone who wasn’t paying attention could slap their muzzle on them. It was one hell of a mess, but it was home to her and she loved every stain and every smell that resided in her apartment. Sunee yawned loudly as she grabbed the remote and turned on the television. Today was her day off and she had no idea what to do. She didn’t have many friends and there wasn’t anything fun going on at any of the normal places she would hang out at. So as boredom sat in she watched a show about a yellow and white shapeshifting bunny that pulled pranks on people. She chuckled as she watched the bunny turn into a chair at a local restaurant and suddenly grab the unsuspecting people who sat on him. She couldn’t remember his name but she knew he lived somewhere around her area, hmm maybe I’ll get pranked by him someday, she thought to herself yawning once more as her eyelids drooped down a little. As the episode ended she started idly flipping through channels, One of a kangaroo in Australia examining different species of feral animals, “ain’t that about everyone,” the kangaroo said in a thick accent, “boring,” Sunee exclaimed to no one but herself and flipped the channel. The next show she saw was of a excited hippo spinning a giant wheel to win a prize, “ugh,” Sunee grunted and turned the channel as soon as she saw it. Her eyes open a little as the next show started, “this is fox of cakes marathon!” the announcer stated causing Sunee to sit up and smile, “oooo my favorite show is on.” After five hours of watching nothing but cakes being made Sunee was drooling enough to fill a pool. She shook her head and wiped up the slobber as she stood up and stretched yawning loudly, “man that was amazing…but now I’m hungry.” She looked over to the kitchen and grimaced, “man I don’t want to have to clean a dish to cook, that’s too much work right now…..hmmmm” she looked over at her phone and stared at the giant stack of take-out menus right next to it, “I guess getting some take-out wouldn’t hurt….maybe I can get some Chinese.” As she reached for the phone to order it started to ring. Blinking in surprise Sunee picked up the phone and answered with a confused, “um…hello?” What followed as a reply to most would sound like static and oddly enough, dubstep music, as well as a radio dj saying, “Hello hello hello and welcome” before quickly stopping and going back to static before silence indicated that whatever had just replied had stopped talking. Sunee’s eyes went wide with joy as she smiled, “Rizz!? Man it’s nice to hear from you how you doing man?” Rizz, Sunee’s cousin and a odd little bat, born in a small tribe of bats, far away from most public eye in somewhere in south America, didn’t know how to speak English. Though he has been learning it's been a tough road for him and he found it easier to copy other sounds he has heard via music, radio, and tv show. The Dubstep and static sounds are actually his tribe's language and rarely anyone but other bats can understand him. Sunee was the small few of other people that could understand him. Though it took Sunee a while she learned enough from her aunt, Spizz’s mother, to be able to understand most of what he says. Spizz replied to Sunees question as static and dubstep once again echoed through the receiver followed by “I’ve got sunshine, on a cloudy day,” and stopped as the corgi’s eyes went wide, “You got kicked out from your roommate? Oh man thats bad,” she shook her head. Though saddened, Sunee wasn’t all that surprised. Spizz had a history of drug abuse and while he has kicked most of it, he still smokes a heavy load of marijuana and that tended to piss his roommates off. Sunee listened to the static and dubstep like sounds coming through the phone as she nodded to herself. “Well man if you need a place to stay my door is always open you know,” she replied when the bat stopped talking. After a few more minutes of talking with her cousin Sunee nodded and smiled, “okay well see you tomorrow then cousin.” With a final goodbye Sunee placed the phone back in its cradle and stretched yawning loudly, “ugh, well better get some sleep then Spizz is a handful even when he’s high.” She chuckled to herself at the unintended pun and quickly made sure the door and windows were locked before turning off the lights and heading to bed. While getting undressed, she didn’t notice the red eyes staring into her window, what she did notice though was the loud bang as the being those eyes were attached to fell onto the ground from losing concentration as she took of her bra. She looked around her room and shrugged, “must have been a cat,” she told herself before getting into bed and turning out the lights. … Ghostwolf stared at the bus stop with an evil glare as he hid in the shadows. The last time he was here he got hit by a bus. Though it wasn’t his body he still felt the pain, “At least I got a soul out of it” he said to himself out loud causing a few eyes to glance at the shadows in confusion. Ghostwolfs head turned as a dirty homeless mouse started to scream, “NOOO YOU CAN’T MAKE ME KILL AGAIN.” Ghostwolf raised his eyebrows before looking over and seeing a fellow demon whispering into the mouse’s ear. Nodding his head at the demon he turned back to look at the bus stop. Shaking his head he quickly disappeared back into the shadows as he made his way to the corgi’s apartment.
