It always took a few minutes for Dalis to get used to the way his hooves made no noise against a hard floor. HQ had set him up to be stealthy in the dark, and so that's what he was; his brown and yellow giraffe hide covered entirely in tight matte black, with soft antigrav pads on his feet and gloves over his hands. A slim gas mask covered his whole face and head, with his fluffy mane tucked inside, and it muffed his sound and filtered his breath. Dalis was so quiet as he walked through the long cave, and he felt like a shadow. That was part of the plan, as he drifted along past dim rooms and the sounds of sleeping creatures; hollow lizardy snores with occasional high-pitched chittering from dreaming kobolds. It felt almost unfair to intrude upon this more primitive species, but a job was a job. The quiet, passive voice in his ear told him where to go; left and right and right again, following these directions and more with his mind on the journey, and on being hidden from sight. Carefully he did so, as even like this Dalis felt the urge to tiptoe and move slowly. This place was a warren, twisting and turning in ways that he couldn't easily keep track of in the dark, which made the directions of HQ so very valuable. Heavy wooden doors moved quietly as Dalis pushed his way into a large room, flanked by at least a dozen kobold statues and dimly lit by luminescent flecks of stone embedded in the walls and the floor. This room seemed to be a temple, with an open space and stairs leading up to a tall altar. HQ said to go up, so the giraffe did that, silent steps taking him to the highest point of the room. There was nothing up here except for an empty stone pool, smooth and marbled and carved into the floor. Everything was still, eerie and quiet, Dalis said what he saw and the voice advised him to wait for further information. Curious, the giraffe had a look around, as though there might be some clue of what HQ was directing him towards. As he stepped out into the middle of the empty pool, Dalis was lit from underneath by a bright light. Runes carved into the stone had come to life, and he felt his feet sink slowly into the pool basin as though he was stood on quicksand. A few seconds later and the glow faded, leaving his feet stuck in the smooth rock. It took a while before the implication sunk in for the giraffe; he was discovered, and he was trapped! Up the stairs came footsteps, belonging to a naked copper kobold girl with green spots and a tall staff with a shiny green gem floating over the top. This was a magical creature, and her eyes were a solid purple without pupil or whites. She stood about half the size of Dalis, small and lizardy, but here in the dark she had a strong presence that put a chill into his spine. He couldn't understand the harsh yapping, but a second or so later the voice from HQ started to speak along with her in a language he understood, the tone full of contempt and disdain. Somehow, the kobold had managed to interfere with the signal from his home base, and she had instructed him all the way here into her trap! The creature was against him now, smooth scales against his chest as she sniffed, and a curious hand brushing along the soft smooth material that he was coated in. Dalis could have reached her easily, he wanted to so much, but his covered paw simply wouldn't dare to touch her. Curiosity drew over her face, for she had not come across this sort of clothing before, but she did like the look it gave! Mischievous ideas crept up on her, and she pressed the tip of her staff against his chest; the jewel felt warm and then it dug into the shiny material and into his skin, where it stayed. Her name was Touye, she whispered in his ears in a tongue he suddenly understood; but he should call her Mistress. The kobold squeezed her hands together and Dalis felt an unbelievable mixture of sensations; dread and fear and revulsion, physical sensations of squeezing and tightening, heat and burning and cooling and calming, intense arousal that raised the giraffe's massive cock, panting and breathing out deeply as smoke billowed out from the filter of his gas mask. She did it again, Dalis felt shivers and smoothness as his legs and arms grew light and stiff, a tightness in his chest as he breathed out more smoke, a sensitive twitch as he merged with the tight vinyl clothes and the gas mask; the material had spread into him, taken over his organic shape and replaced it with shiny, durable rubber. The smoke he breathed was simply waste from the loss of his body, but now he had a new one, a better one, thanks to the magic of his new mistress. Dalis was surprised at the eagerness in his own reaction, for his training at HQ had prepared him to be strong and resist attacks on his psyche like this. All he could do was acknowledge the change taking place, as for some reason he felt no impetus to resist. The smoke lingering in the air distracted him, made him light-headed and giddy, puffing more smoke and styling himself as a dragon. Touye had the same idea, kneading at the giraffe's hide and directing her will at him; it took a moment before Dalis began to stretch and grow longer. Where his feet had disappeared into the pool, a long tail began to form instead, stretching and coiling and replacing the shiny stone with dark rubbery black, patterned and carved like a dragon's tail. He wasn't gaining wings, nor bulk; Dalis would be a fine eastern dragon, melting and mixing with the stone pool as his body began to rise above it, curling up and down through the air. Patterned scales, a long mane, big paws and a long face; he grew and he changed and he loved it, the warmth of mistress Touye washing over him. He still had his gas mask, though now it was just his face; the tip split slightly as water began to build up from somewhere deep, filling his body, making Dalis moan and shiver as the pressure and the stimulation teased him so much, that long dragon cock stiff and needy. He couldn't stand for very long at all, before he growled and a mighty spurt of water spilled out onto his tail and gathered in the pool below, both from his mouth and his poke. Once started, the rush subsided but the water continued to flow. The black dragon fountain became still once his new shape was complete. It was though he had leapt out of the pool, arching up and back down like he was soon to land back in it once more. However, pool and statue were all a part of who he was, with his tail curled up below to hold a good deal of water. When it overflowed, it would join a small moat that surrounded the raised altar, blocking all sides except where the stairs were built. Dalis was excited, a new and changed creature carved in vinyl and stone, looking down at his Touye who grinned and retrieved her gem to place back atop her staff. The voice of HQ was long gone, but now he had her voice to direct him instead. Such a fine temple guardian he would be! On special occasions she might even ride him, but mostly he would watch over this sacred place, his high priestess, and the acolytes who looked after it. Touye rubbed his nose, which made Dalis chitter with adoration and glee, and then he watched her leave; though, he knew she'd never be far away. -o-
