4:30PM "Mmmph..." A small chinchilla groans, still in bed. Only just now coming to after staying up until eight-in-the-morning playing video games and exploring the web. He had met a couple new friends that he really seemed to hit it off with last night, so he had a hard time wanting to go meet his boyfriend in bed, Boon. However upon waking up, he saw there was nobody next to him. "Wakey wakey baby..." the big doberman says softly yet playfully, eager to get his boyfriend up out of bed and into the world of the living. "Time to get up, sweet cheeks. It's four o'clock and I'm fixing to go get lunch." "Lunge..." Ben says though his pillow, groggy as ever. "Yeah, c'mon. I already got some clothes picked out for you." Ben Raises his head. "Huh? Wh-what do you mea-" "Come on, stinky. Go get a shower and meet me downstairs after you're finished." Boon left the room and went downstairs to get himself ready to get going. Finally, after enough groaning, Ben lifts himself out of bed and takes off his underwear, grabs his towel and gets in the shower. He's quick to wash himself up, as his belly just started reminding him how hungry he was. Thoughts in his head swirled-about what Boon had planned for him. Lunch? Where? Picked out clothes for him? What did he mean by that? Confused and excited, he finishes up, and gets out to dry himself off. After brushing his hair and teeth and cursing at his reflection in the mirror, he steps out the bathroom and walks down the steps nude, blushing as he sees Boon at the bottom of the staircase waiting for him. "Hey cutie." He says with a smirk. "Got your outfit right here." He points to the living room coffee table, showing a small bunch of folded clothes atop the gorgeous crafted-wooden coffee table. Ben shuffles over to the small stack, picking up the shirt first. He's stunned. "Boon... Do I have to wear this?" He says with pure nervousness, holding the blue short sleeve t-shirt up to his chest revaling the words 'Daddy's Lil' Prince'. Boon snickers. "Well babe, if you wanna go... Then yeah! You got to." Ben whimpers, putting on the shirt and looking at the next article of clothing: a pair of colorful briefs, complete with a light green and white pattern of various animals. Ben blushes, face turning red, staring hard and the underwear as he reaches for them. Regretfully, he puts them on. Revealing a cute, small buldge. Lastly, he spots the last of the stack: a pair of light blue denim short shorts and light blue and white ankle socks. "Oh come on..." He says under his breath, receiving a chuckle from Boon as a response. He continues to put on his shorts and socks, rolling his eyes in the process. He stutters: "O-okay. Where are we going?" Boon smiles. "McDonalds!" "Oh. Okay." Ben says with a slight sigh. He slips on his shoes and heads out the door being held open by the doberman, embarrassed by the outfit his boyfriend picked out for him. "He dressed me up like a kid! What if sombody sees me? What if sombody recognizes me?" He thought over and over in his head, his heart thumping even as he's walking to his boyfriend's car. Boon is getting in calmly, while Ben just can't get in fast enough, nearly hopping into the seat. "Boy." Boon said playfully with a smirk; "There is no reason for you to be so insecure about being my baby boy." They share a look. Boon smiling at Ben and Ben looking away, blushing. "I don't know about this." Ben shakily says; "I'm worried someone I know might see me like this..." "Listen, it's okay babe." Boon begins pulling out of the driveway. "We're gonna go to the other side of town and I highly doubt we'll run into anyone we know. Just trust me on this! I think it's fun that we're doing this!" Ben sinks into his seat. "At least it's just McDonalds, we're gonna go through the drive-through and eat back at home." He thinks to himself as he begins playing some music he heard about last night from his new friends with the bluetooth functionality on his phone. Ten minutes pass as they finally pull into the Mickey D's of their choosing. Boon pulls into a parking spot right next to a window. Ben stares straight-ahead, relaizing his fate. "We're not... going in, right Boon?" "Of course we are babe. I didn't just drive all the way over here just to bring it back." Ben starts shaking. "Oh my fucking god." "Honey, it will be okay." Boon says with confidence, grabbing the chinchilla's paw, holding it tightly in his. "I swear, nothing will happen to you. To us. I am confident, and I want you to have confidence in me. Okay?" Ben looks into the doberman's eyes. There's a deep love and concern in those beautiful hazel pools. Ben knew he would be protected, let alone be insulted. He knows Boon would be on top of that no matter what. So, mustering up all the courage he has, he squeezes Boons paw in submission and opens the car door. After letting go, he holds his paw with his other, trying to comfort himself. Boon is already grabbing the door to hold it open for his little chinchilla. Ben quickly walks through, from breezeway to the restaurant door, holding it open for Boon. After following his beau, he notices how packed the restaurant is. Folks of all ages and species populate the restaurant, making quite the zoo. "Too many people here... Oh my god." Ben thinks to himself. He can't do anything but look at the floor and follow where Boon's legs lead him. Once they're standing in line, Boon taps him on the shoulder. "Hey." Ben looks up at him. "Y-yeah?" "What do you want?" "I'll just take two double cheese burgers and a small fry." "Heh." Boon chuckles. "Okay... Small fry." "Mhm- hey!" Ben playfully and lightly punches Boon in the thigh. "Ow! Little fucker...!" Boon says in a hushed, playful tone. "If you're gonna be like that, how about you go get us a booth. I'll be there once I get our order." "Fine... you big stink!" Ben retaliated, before walking over to a booth next to a window on the side of the restaurant. He goes to sit down and quickly crosses his arms to cover the logo on his shirt. Looking out the window, he can see a family of three, made of a child and his parents, that had decided to eat outside, and it looks like they had just got done and are enjoying themselves outside. Something about it makes him feel a deep melancholy. Reminding him of when he was at that age and how when growing up, his parents worked a lot, so he didn't really get a lot of time to play and spend time with them. Suddenly, the clacking of a food tray touching the table knocked him out of his train of thought. Ben quickly turned his head to see Boon, eyes switching to the tray. A look of shock came across his face. There, next to a bag was a familiar little box with a smile on it. "Here it is! Bag's for me, and the Happy Meal is for you." Boon says with a smile. "N-no way Boon... that's not what I wanted." Ben hushedly says, blushing. "Oh? I swear you said you wanted a burger and fries." "No. I said-" Boon cuts him off. "Hey, I just thought that maybe my little prince deserves something a little more princely than just this peasant food in a bag! Come on, open it up and lets see what you've got!" Ben gives in, opening up the little smiling box. He pulls out a single burger, a small fry, a chocolate milk, some apple slices and what seems to be a small, plastic Pokemon statuette that resembles a Vulpix. "Hoh!" The chinchilla gasps, his eyes sparkling with child-like wonder. "Oh my god! I got a Vulpix! Daddy! Loo-" He stops. A look of shock and fear crawls across his face, realizing what he had just said out loud. Boon looks down at him mid-chew, with a huge grin, attmepting to hold back a laugh. He swallows. "Hehe... Oh wow!" He says enthusiastically. "Look at that! Is that one you really like?" "Y-yeah... Um..." Ben blushes and looks down at his food. Tears started welling up in his eyes, as he goes mute and begins unraveling and eating his food slowly. Boon looks around really quick, swallowing his bite. "Don't worry kiddo, nobody is looking, I highly doubt anyone heard you with all these kids screaming anyway. You're okay, don't let your happiness get you down." "I-I'm sorry Boon." Ben says in a weak voice as he places the multi-tailed fox on the table. "Don't sweat it kiddo! Just eat your food and we'll get going." Boon says in a comforting tone, before reaching over with his paw, firmly grasping Ben's arm, rubbing it with his thumb. He leans in. "By the way... It's Daddy. Not Boon. Okay?" He says in a hushed tone. Ben stays silent, yet a small smirk comes across his face as he blushes. "Yes Daddy. I'm sorry." Ben begins digging into his Happy Meal. Boon, sitting across the table, arms up and hands cleched together, chin resting on his knuckles, sits there watching his boy eat. Boon had already finished before Ben had even really started. Ben looks up, with a small bit of ketchup on his face. Boon chuckles. "Gosh you are so cute. I only just now realized how hungry my boy has been getting..." Ben looks away, blushing. A bit embarrassed by how ravenous he thinks he's devouring his burger. He tries to mutter out some words, his mouth full of food, before Boon shushes him quickly. "Hey! No talking with your mouth full! Swallow before you speak." He playfully snaps before reaching over napkin in hand to wipe the ketchup from his cheek. "There we go." Ben gulps down the remains of his burger. "Sorry... I was really hungry Daddy." Boon smiles and takes Ben's paw into his. "It's okay sweetie, but you know whats not okay?" "What?" Ben asks. "The fact you didnt finish your apple slices! My boy needs to eat good things too!" Ben's eyes widen. "But I don't like apples..." Boon looks into Ben's eyes. "But my boy should try eating better!" "Boon I-... I mean... Daddy I really don't like apples." "Are you sure baby?" "Yes. Damn sure." Boon's face drops from a smile to a little frown, squeezing Ben's arm lightly. "Hey now, language boy! Good baby boys don't use language like that!" Ben gives a confused look to Boon, attempting to signal that maybe this might be going a little too far, but something got to him. He started thinking of those words. Boon has never called Ben that. "Good baby boy..." Ben thought to himself. The chinchilla squirmed in his seat whilst being being in the strong doberman's grasp. He really, really liked that. "What if..." Boon goes on. "What if I fed them to you?" Ben blushes and looks down at the apples before him. "Okay... I'll try them." "Try?" Boon looks at the chinchilla confused. "You... Never had an apple before?" "No. I never ate food like this growing up. All my babysitters would just order food or cook me easy stuff they would find in the house. Not to mention I never really learned to cook myself or anything." "Huh." Boon paused, thinking to himself before opening the bag of apple slices. "Okay, you ready?" "Oh no, Boon I can do it myself." "Daddy." "Right." Ben takes a slice and put it up to his mouth, smelling the slice and wincing before putting it in his mouth. After a few chews of the slice, he's in awe. "This is wonderful." Ben says with his mouth full of apple. Boon casts a smile and points at the chinchilla. "Remember what I said!" After swallowing the slice down, he looks at Boon and giggles. "Sorry Daddy." Ben finishes up his apple slices and shares a look with Boon. "We all done baby?" Boon asks. "Yes Daddy. Can we please go home now? I think I feel eyes burning into my soul." Ben says nervously. "Yes baby, we can. What does my boy say?" "Uhhhh..." Ben blankly stares in the table until finally figuring out what next to say. "Oh! Thank you Daddy." "Good boy. Now lets go! Oh, and don't forget your toy!" Ben blushes, grabbing the Vulpix as he and Boon get up from their booth, grab their trash, toss it, and head out through the exit of the restaurant. Per usual, Ben ever so quickly gets into the car while Boon takes his time. Once they both get situated, they pull out of the parking lot, speeding off to their way home. Boon belches loudly and takes a quick look at Ben, noticing how quiet he is. "You okay?" He asks, putting his arm around the back of Ben's seat. "I think so. Just... A lot to comprehend right now." Boon flirts. "Well, I want you to know you look super cute in your little shorts, and I think I see your tummy poking out the bottom of your shirt." Ben retaliates. "Well it's not MY fault you bought the shirt a size too small!" "You're right." Boon replied in a sarcastic tone. "It's almost like I did it on purpose." Ben growls and pouts as they come to a stop sign near the neighborhood they live in. "Listen." Boon moves his arm from the back of Ben's seat and places a paw on his leg. "When we get back home, I want you to tell me whats going on in that cute little head of yours, okay? I know how you get when you get sad or frustrated, so just wait, and we'll put on a record and just sit on the couch and talk. Okay?" Ben plants his paw on top of Boon's and turns to look at him. "Okay Daddy." The duo pull into the driveway, eager to get inside. Boon puts the car in park and switches off the engine. He holds up a paw and tells the plump chinchilla to wait a moment before getting out. He exits out the driver-side, walks over to the passenger side and opens the door for his little prince. He holds out his hand. "Right this way my little prince!" He says enthusiastically, waiting for Ben to take his paw. "Ohh... O-okay." Ben anxiously stutters as he grabs the doberman's paw. Boon leads him to the front door, opening the door for him, making sure to let go of his paw to lead him inside through the door. Ben walks in through the door, stuffing the Vulpix in his pocket as much as he can and pulls his shoes off as he watches Boon close the door and goes on to do the same. Boon shares a look with Ben. "How about... you put on that new record you got in the mail Saturday. What was it called again?" Ben thinks for a short moment. "Uhh... oh! The Blue Nile?" "Yeah, I just remember the cover being blue and black." Ben lights up. Boon never usually asks to hear any of his records. Ben quickly rushes over to the stereo in the living room and pulls out the album, carefully pulls out the disc, places it on the record platter and places the needle and watches it spin for a moment before the music starts. Boon quietly moves up behind him. "C'mere!" He grunts, picking up his baby boy, album sleeve still in his hand, and brings him over to the couch, plopping his big butt on his lap. Ben blushes deeply, violently gripping the sleeve as the calming, dreamy veneer of the mid-80's fill the air of the room. "Whatcha got there baby? Is that the sleeve?" Boon asks in a extremely smooth and sweet tone. Ben shivers. "Y-yeah..." "Can I see it?" "Yeah!" Ben holds the sleeve up above him so that Boon can take ahold of it. He stares at the cover of the wolf-like man on the cover, donning nothing but a wide-brimmed hat and nothing else, almost looking completely nude seeing the wolf-man's bare shoulder. Boon inquires. "Moody... Huh. Is he naked except the hat?" "It sure seems like it huh?" "I'd say it complements what I'm hearing. Much nicer than the last one you got." "What!?" Ben gasps jokingly. "You didn't like Whitehouse?" "Definitely not my thing!" Boon answers in a goofy tone. "In fact, I don't think little boys like you should be listening to music like that! Very nasty stuff." Ben looks up at Boon. "D-Daddy, please don't take my records away..." He says with almost a sad puppy dog look in his eyes. "Well..." Boon stares at him, realizing that what he said is about to break his little boy's heart. "Because you're my special little boy, I couldn't do that baby." He pecks Ben on the top of his head and lays the album on the coffee table, leaving his other paw to hold his baby's tummy. "So... you wanna tell Daddy what you're thinking about?" Ben looks forward as Boon uses his now free paw to reach across the chinchilla's chest, holding Ben's back to his chest. "I've just been thinking. I feel like... I never really got to have a proper childhood? I guess? When I was young, I had always kept to myself. I never really got to go outside, because my parents we're never home. Always working, or drinking, and if they we're home, they we're busy watching television or something to really go out with me. Never really had many friends, the neighborhood kids would bully me, and the kids at school weren't much better." Boon began to rub Ben's tummy in an attempt to comfort him. "Oh baby... why didn't you ever really tell me about this stuff?" Ben pulls the Vulpix figurine out of his pocket and begins admiring it, trying to focus his thoughts. "Because I didn't want you to worry about me." "Awww, baby." Boon squeezes him tightly before giving him another peck on the head. "You should never worry about how I feel okay? Daddy can take whatever you throw at him!" "I... never really got to talk to my dad. He didn't take emotions very well, and I kinda stopped telling him about my feelings after he called me a sissy in the middle of the mall here." Boon grips Ben's shirt. "Awful man." "It's better now, I have a better relationship with him now that I'm an adult, but I never really... I don't know how to explain it." "I'm sorry you had to deal with that baby. Does he know you're gay?" Ben nods. "Yeah, he doesn't seem to mind at all. I just can't be too open about it around him in public." Boon reverts back to rubbing the chinchilla's tummy. "Hmmm... do you even want me to be your Daddy? I hope this hasn't brought back any bad memories or anything, and I'm sorry if it-" "Yes." Ben looks up as Boon sits there for a moment, before squeezing his baby boy tighter than ever. "I'm glad baby. I'm glad I can have this moment with you and hold you while you tell me these. It's been two years since we've been together and I'm glad you're finally opening up to me." "Mmm..." Ben nuzzles the side of his head into Boon's chest. "I'll try to open up more. I'm sorry Daddy." "Don't apologize kiddo. It bet it felt good being able to confide in Daddy." "So... if you don't mind me asking, why do this all of a sudden? You never really struck me as the daddy dom type." Boon pauses. "Well, if you must know, you remember that doctor visit I had last week?" "Yeah?" "Turns out, I can't have kids!" Ben looks around the room for a moment confused. "We're gay Boon. I can't get pregnant, goofy-ass." "Oh yeah, that's right." Boon says in a sarcastic tone. "Maybe we just hadn't tried hard enough! Also, it's D-A-D-D-Y, and watch your mouth! Ben giggles and places a paw on top of Boon's on his tummy. "I sowwy Daddy..." He chuckles. "Pwease don't be mad at me..." "We doing this now?" Boon snickers. "I never took you for a baby babbler, small fry." Ben growls. "I am not that small! Stop it!" "Okay." Boon picks Ben up off his lap and plops him down on the cushion next to them. He then gets up, the six-foot-five doberman towering over the little chinchilla as he holds out his arms showing his large wingspan of almost seven-feet. He does all this as he stares Ben in the face with a serious look, slowly turning into a goofy smile. "Grrrrr..." Ben growls and pouts. "You didn't have to do that you know..." Boon wheezes before bursting out laughing, seeing his little cross legged boy get embarrassed by how big he was. Seeing that pouty face and his crossed arms gets him excited enough to pick the chinchilla up off the couch and hug him tightly, suddenly though he stops, as he feels something poking his belly. "Oh." Boon softly speaks, still holding the chinchilla. "What's that you got there?" Ben becomes flushed and quickly pulls himself off the doberman. "Agh! N-nothing! It's nothing." "You get so turned on seeing how big I am compared to you huh?" Ben looks down, holding his paws together. "It's actually... not just that." "What do you mean babe?" "I uh..." Ben turns away from Boon. "It's okay hon, you can tell me! Gosh you get so cute when you're embarrassed." "I think... I really like it when I get to call you Daddy. Ever since you called me a good baby boy back at McDonalds, I've been really... I-I'm sorry Boon. I'm fucking disgusting." "Ohhhhh... oh." Boon grabs his own arm, squeezing it anxiously. "Uhhh I was just trying to be fun and cute with it. I didn't really think... about... that..." Ben becomes a little defensive. "Well what the hell did you want out of this?" "Are you saying I'm leading you on?" Boon barks back. They both stand there facing away from each other. The Blue Nile's 'Let's Go Out Tonight' filling the silence of the room. Ben begins sniffling before dropping the figurine he was holding and begins running upstairs to their bedroom. Boon watches him run away, standing there in silence. He looks down at his footpaws deep in thought. What is he to do? He just thought maybe it'd be fun since the bad news of his diagnosis. He always wanted to have kids eventually, and now that was squashed with the knowledge that he's completely sterile. He picks up the Vulpix figure and heads to the kitchen, places the figure on the island counter, pulls out some bourbon from their liquor cabinet and pours himself a glass. "Perhaps some liquid courage will help." He thinks to himself before deciding to head up to see Ben. He opens the door to their bedroom, and lo and behold, on the bed sits the crying Ben. Boon stands there watching him a moment to think about what to say. He walks over to the bed and sits on the edge closest to the chinchilla. He extends his arm, placing a paw on the bed next to Ben. "Hey honey. You okay?" No response. "I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings babe. I didn't really know what to say, and it was so sudden and... I don't know honey. I... hm." Boon thinks to himself. "Hey kiddo, why are you so upset? C'mon, talk to daddy." Ben sobs through his speech. "I'm a fucking pig... I hate this so much. Why do I have to be like this!?" "Hey it's okay baby, please don-" "I'm so fucking disgusting!" Boon places his paw on Ben's knee. "HEY!" Boon barks. "Listen to Daddy baby! Don't ever say things like that about yourself! You're not disgusting, you're not a pig! Okay? I don't think you're disgusting, I just reacted weird, okay? I still love you the same as always." Ben sobs quietly as Boon squeezes his knee and nudges a bit closer to him. "See baby? It's okay." Boon nudges closer to him and goes in for a hug before Ben suddenly pushes him away. "Don't touch me!" Boon backs up and lays across the bed. He angles his arm and balls his fist to rest his head on it. His ears flicker as he hears the auto-return on the turntable pick the needle up off the disc. Besides sound, his eyes are hyperfocused on watching Ben. He's never seen him like this before, at least not since the death of one of his high school friends. He doesn't want Boon to comfort him, thats fine. The liquor is starting to work it's way into Boon, so he's more patient than ever. He'll watch his boy until he falls asleep if he has to. Ben stops sobbing for a moment. "Daddy... I'm s-s-sorry." "Awww honey it's okay. Wanna tell Daddy what's wrong?" Ben stutters. "I-I-It's just... so many people find m-me gross 'cuz I like that stuff... I've lost friends over this." "Well... I think maybe you should talk to Daddy about it some more." Boon gets on his knees and grabs Ben's left paw. "I love you kiddo. I don't want to run away from you or make you feel bad. This is still very new to me too." Ben squeezes Boon's paw. "I-I love you too Daddy. Thank you for being so good to me." Boon gets off the bed to stand up and stretch. He bellows out a big yawn. "Well kiddo, we still have half a record to listen to downstairs, and Daddy needs more bourbon. How about we get down there and listen to the rest and maybe Daddy will let you have some!" He laughs. Ben sniffles and looks at Boon. "Can little boys like me have some?" "Eh, every once in a while, and I think baby deserves a little juice after all this uproar!" Ben smiles as he watches Boon leave the room and listens to him walk down the stairs. He quickly runs out the door into the hallway and down the stairs, catching up to Boon. The doberman turns around and finds his baby boy running at him, readying to catch him as the chinchilla jumps onto him wrapping his arms and legs around him, squeezing as much as he can. "I love you Daddy!" ---End of part one.
