Prelude:

After a long wait, the countdown for the stream on Horsehub finally reached the final ten seconds of its  countdown. The chatbar on the side was mostly dead, with some interested souls chatting about the hints that had been dropped in a few forums. 
They paused their chatting as the final numbers flickered across the screen, and then the scene suddenly changed to a live view. Sitting front and center is a shirtless male horse, a well toned body showing in the lights.  He smiles at the camera and gives a wave as he starts his introduction.

"Welcome streamers, few that might be at the moment. I hope that will change as word gets out that fun is about to be had here." He grins widely and winks as he waves a had to something off camera. "Now what I've hinted at previously is about to become true, right here on this stream. Over there, tied up and held immobile lies my sister."
A small window pops up in the corner, giving a tiny preview of a naked female equine tied up, limbs strung between bedposts and leaving everything on display. She seems to be on the softer side, with a slight belly and thick thighs as well as heavy breasts that sag to the sides a little bit. Her fur a soft brown with a small ball of white over her belly and spread across her muzzle.  In her mouth is a ring gag, keeping her mouth  open and as you watch her tounge flicks out nervously to wet her lips.
The male equine grins once more as the preview cuts out. "So with that, I'll listed out the rules and such of what will be going on tonight. If you look here," He points to the top left corner of the screen and a list appears with names and a series of numbers, "these are the tiers  available for tonight.  Each one has a dollar amount, consumate with what it will allow you to request. The lowest tier which is called 'I support you' at ten bucks, is just that. Supporting the stream so it can continue into the future. And you'll get a word of thanks on stream."
"The second tier is called 'Warming up' will get you something light such as a slap across her tits and ass or similar light but fun thing to do. It will have a time limit of one minute and cost 20 dollars." In the other top corner, a small window appears again as he talks about it, showing what looks like a plush rear getting slapped, jiggling for a few moments before the video cuts.
 "Next tier up is Toys, at 40 bucks. This allows you to request a toy to be used on her in a way you specify. These little sessions can last for up to five minutes at a time though still no penatration."  Another window pops up, showing a large spread of adult toys lined up on a table including whips and crops, as well as clamps and other 'exterior use only' toys.
"The fourth tier is where the real fun begins. Penatration which ranks in at  80 bucks a pop, and will last 5 to ten minutes. Any of the previous toys, plus another selection can be picked for this." A window opens, showing a spread of dildos with some bottles of lube next to them, ranging from dainty to larger than life and a wild variety of shapes and colors.
"The Final tier, and my personal favorite is 'Full on incest'. This one is a bit on the pricier side at 400 dollars a pop. You will get to pick how I violate my sister and just how much mess you want in or on her. And it will last until I finish." He looks over off camera, a hungry look crossing his face as he looks towards his bound up sister off-screen.
"You'll also notice a second number on each tier. That is the number of slots available in that tier, for the sake of keeping this stream from running forever..much as some might like that." He chuckles at his own joke before continuing. "So with that, I'll start off with a few freebies of the lowest tier, just to get the juices flowing and draw in the crowd. That means you lucky few that came to see what this is about will get a taste of what is to come without cost."
He stands up, a series of frames popping up at the bottom of the screen as he does so, almost as if censoring his lower half. "And here, you'll find several angles to view the action from. They vary in angle and zoom so you can hopefully find the view that makes you most happy. Just click on them and your main feed will change accordingly."
He claps his hands together and gives them a rub. "So, feel free to click on that lowest tier and pick something fun for me to try. The first five are free, and limited to one per user so everyone can get a chance. After that, if no one picks a tier I'll simply entertain myself until someone has a request."
