"Alright, everyone! Off the bus now, come on! We're here!" The cacophony of excited kids was probably the only thing able to drown out Eleanor Pennyweather's own excitement as the late-20's Doe hopped off the bus and stood by the side of it, so she could accurately count the kids as they disembarked. Everything had gone smoothly thus far: her class of 21 kids at Tough Acorns Middle School had organised this trip at the start of the year, and it had taken some time to actually get signatures together to allow them to go; Eleanor couldn't understand why for the life of her, but she was glad that every kid had been approved to go. She'd been scouting areas for an educational field trip for months prior, and she was sure this was the perfect place for her 11 to 12-year-old students to really understood the core root of their genus, and become one with nature...at least, that's what the representative of the Mystic Springs Oasis had sold them on. With some earnest encouragement from her waving hands and thick clipboard, she ushered the group of giggling, talking kids inside the building, heading under the overhang and through a set of double doors. A beaded curtain awaited them, and Eleanor fussed over the larger horned kids-- namely a Rhino and a couple of Deer and Elk-- in order to get them through without bringing the whole thing down. A sleek paved floor spread out in front of them, with a desk at the far end, thick and wooden, with a rustic rug spread across its candle-dotted surface. On their left sat a series of little urns and pots, and on their right was a small floor-sitting area with a giant illuminated purple crystal, with a couple of couches nearby intended for laying down upon. Eleanor wasted no time in getting them over there, mainly because she had to speak to the receptionist to clear the kids to enter. A shaggy yak with fur that covered most of his face and a set of curved horns on either side of his head sat there in meditation, and the Doe knew this man to be the owner of the Mystic Springs Oasis entirely; it was his venture that founded it and made it popular, and it was him that she had spoken to before. "Ah, Mr. Yax, sir..." Eleanor began, trying to get his attention, and for a period of time the Yak didn't respond, humming every so often as he rigorously performed his meditation. Flies buzzed around his head in an unsettling manner and the kids whispered amongst themselves, some remarking about how dirty he looks, whilst others openly commented on his nakedness-- the cubs and Eleanor by extension all wore clothes to some degree, typically pants and shirts, but the yak was stark naked from top to bottom save for a beaded necklace around his neck. "Mr. Yax..." Eleanor began again, interrupted by his meditative humming. "Mr. Yax!" "Wha-- huh?" He startled and reached up to use his hooved to brush the fur from his eyes, affixing Eleanor with his gaze. "Oh, the pretty doe...it's been like, what, a few weeks? Wait, or is it months...?" "W-We spoke before," She confirmed, before putting her clipboard on the counter. "We agreed on entry for 21 cubs to tour the club for a little while?" "Woah, this is a club?" One of the cub's whispered, and Eleanor waved a hand to shush him, not taking her eyes off the Yak. She was admittedly pretty nervous; if he was this ditzy with regards to their past conversation, she feared he might have forgotten their arrangement entirely. The man shifted on the spot for a moment, betraying the fact he was sitting on no stool, before he scooped up the clipboard and squinted down at the contents, having to hold his fur aside with a hooved hand. He squinted and grumbled for a moment before his eyes widened with recognition. "Oooooh, yeah! Yeah, mhmm, yep, uh-huh," He scratching his head for a moment and chuckled to himself. "I remember now, yep. That was today? ...Huh." "Are we...clear to go in?" Eleanor glanced to the large set of double doors to her right, and the Yak moved from behind the counter, exposing himself as he turned towards the door. The reaction from the cubs was mixed; some squealed and covered their eyes whilst others laughed amongst themselves-- the majority of the split was whether they were boys or girls...though that wasn't all too surprising, given that Eleanor knew about them. "Yep," The Yak grinned toothily at her and then at the cubs, before he turned to the door, putting a hand on one of its large golden knockers. "Oh, but...you can't go in, Ms. Pennyweather. Sorry, it's Mystic Springs policy." "Wha-- but, I need to supervise the children." She insisted in a hushed whisper and the Yak rolled his shoulders, before patting her on the shoulder with one hand. Eleanor couldn't help but recoil a bit, mainly from the flies that gravitated towards the new individual, dancing along the Yak's hand. "We have staff inside, they'll be fine," He insisted. "Take a seat, lil' lady, and I'll get you a magazine." "I...okay," The Doe was willing to swallow her duty as a teacher if it meant better educating her students, and she turned towards them to announce her departure. "I can't go in with you, so...be on your best behaviour, okay? Do what the staff tell you, if you have a problem then come back here and talk to me. Look out for each other and go in at least groups of 2 or 3, more if you want. I'm looking at you, [A]-- I don't want to hear about any trouble you've caused, okay?" Eleanor pointed sternly to an 11-year-old [SPECIES], arguably the biggest handful of the class. This was the reason for Eleanor's visit to the Mystic Springs Oasis, or at least her main intention with it, despite what the club was about. The dynamic between Prey and Predator had been strained for as long as civilisation had reached its current technological peak, and the fear of the Predator's base animal desire was the one driving force that led Predator kids to being bullied in school. Having been consistently talked down to by his peers for his species, [A] had started to act out; it was Eleanor's hope that the field trip might calm him and give him new perspective. "I won't." [A] talked back to her, which was already a bad start, but Eleanor brushed it off and turned to a boy standing beside him, [B]. Unlike [A], he was a prey species, and a kind and warm soul; he'd been friends with [A] despite his rough nature for a year or so, and Eleanor relied on him to keep an eye on [A], just a little. "Make sure he has fun, okay?" She winked at [B], who looked flushed, but nodded. Eleanor already knew what awaited inside and knew it'd be a point of amusement for a handful of the cubs, but whether they would learn from it depended on their tour guide...which, at that point, was Mr. Yax. At least, that's what Eleanor had assumed. She watched, however, as the Yak swung the doors open and gestured them inside whilst staying in place. Unawares of what await them, the group of 21 cubs of various species and genders headed inside, with the most nervous of them following along at the back. Eleanor looked from them to the Yak and back again, trying to figure out what was going on. The last thing the cub's saw before the doors slowly closed shut was Mr. Yax explaining things to Eleanor, whilst she looked frustrated, but complacent. "Howdy kids!" A short and stout Otter appeared from the side with a beaming expression and and fuzzy little clump of fur that served as a moustache. Like the others around the club, he was also completely naked, and didn't have a care in the world as he padded about on the spot and shifted with visible exictement, his sheath bobbing, weaving and jiggling with each subtle movement. Some cubs couldn't help but be transfixed by the sight, whilst others whispered to each other and covered their own eyes, both embarrassed yet curious; they were all at that age where they wondered about another's body, so it was at least educating for them in that regard. "I'll be your guide, for the most part," He beamed at them, tail wagging left and right. "Um, explore if you want! But for those who want to just follow me around, well, I'd be mighty happy to do so. Oh! The name's Jeb, by the way." At those words, about half the class dispersed, [A] included. He turned and bounded across the central grass area of the club, and [B], nervous, quickly followed after them, filled with a sense of duty thanks to Eleanor's words. The springs themselves were peculiarly laid out; there was a vast, expansive square of grass that was home to both yoga, mud baths, hot springs and more all at once, somehow, whilst the complete outer edge was a series of two floors, with an overhang the shield the lower floor and a roof to do the same for the upper. [B] could see a number of nudist animals all around the area, both on the grassy area and up on the second floor, talking amongst themselves. There wasn't just people having fun, either...he could see others slinking away in pairs through beaded curtains, the darkness beyond making it hard to see. [B] couldn't help but get an ominous feeling, but he had no time to wonder what they were for, for [A] had already bounded off into the distance, forcing [B] to follow. Neither of them knew what kind of delights and experiences would await them at the Mystic Springs Oasis...but they were about to find out.
